Doing this workout for one month (as a physiotherapist patient) 22 December (day 1): ✅ im really sore and i couldn't do most of the movements without taking a break 23 December (day 2): ✅ managed to do the movements without as many breaks as yesterday, making progress! 24 December (day 3): ✅ my arms feel less sore compared to yesterday but i'm really struggling with the knee push up thingy 25 December (day 4): ✅ made the slightest bit of progress on the knee push up thingy, but im still dying in pain (oh and merry christmas to anybody celebrating!!!)

Yesterday i did this 5min workout with the 15min full body workout and today my arms are dead and sore as hell. That's why i love your workouts, even if it's a 5min workout like this, it burns so good❤

I am going to do this workout for 30 days. A few facts: - weight: 57.1kg - I will do this workout with two others (legs and abs/waist) - I go everyday to school (I do like 5.000 steps) - I will try to jump a rope everyday Start: 11.11.2024 Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:❌ Day 4:❌ Day 5:❌ Day 6: ✅ Day 7:✅ ✨review ✨ - Weight: 56.8 kg - I don’t see any differences, probably because I didn’t work out for 3 days😅 Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ❌ Day 11:❌ Day 12: ❌ Day 13: ❌ Day 14: ✅ Weight: 57.5kg Day 15: ✅ Day 14: ❌

starting on this workout for results cause i am a dama for a quince and want my arms a bit slim for the dress day1 monday sept 16- started off very easy and calm got kinda hard in the push up knees but great and relaxing day2- not compleated i went through smth day3 wednesdat sept 18- kinda hurt but was great day 4 thursday sept 19- it was great still hard in push ups

Low key this was kinda easy with a good burn 🔥 added light weights for that extra push I’ve been working out for more than a month now and it is WORTH IT I used to not be able to do a knee pushups now they’re kinda ez and I can almost do a normal one (properly cuz when you do it improperly you carry all the weight to ur torso and there’s no point u have to only touch ur chest and use ur arms to push )

Why Is it so harddd this but very effective Day 1 - normal like fat lol Day 2- it still fat Day 3 - the burn is finally decreasing Day 4- i forgot...... Day 5- i am seeing a difference
