i’ve been doing this challenge for 4 weeks now, just repeating the cycle. i’ve taken some rest days, but i make sure to always do the exercises i miss another time. i’ve seen and felt a drastic change in my body, im healthier and i look better. before starting this challenge, i couldn’t even do a pull-up which was my main motivation for this. i wanted to be able to do a pull up, and yesterday i was able to! these workout’s definitely help you get stronger, build your endurance, and tone your body so so so good. 10000/10 recommend, stay consistent!!

@@nataliagacs7958best advice I can give you is do pilates and strength traning alternatively and cut off all kinds of sugar dishes or treats and completely cut off junk food or oily food just eat homemade and you will see changes within one month

This is my first time doing pilates and I think I prefer it over normal workouts, It's slow paces but still burns, and the movements feel elegant.

I've only been doing pilates for a week, but it's become such a feel-good pill for me. I feel so awesome after every single workout, it manages to calm me down and kick my ass at the same time. I have to say, I was very hesitant if these workouts would work for me. But after doing her pilates challenges (and other videos that are not in challenges) I lost 4 kg in two weeks! I was only doing 1 video per day, which is 15-30 min max and saw great results. I have to say that including fiber in your diet and eating balanced meals is also the key! And stay hydrated! I am a full time college student in her masters and have a job, so these short workouts are a lifesaver for me. Thank you so much for these exercises

week 1 day 1: done💗 day 2: done🌷 day 3: done🩰 day 4: done🦩 day 5: done🍡 day 6: done🎠 day 7: done🎫 results: I really loved this challenge, I'll be definitely continuing doing pilates!!! I also feel more toned and starting the day with exercise helped me get more productive Totally recommended 💞 week 2 day 8: done🗝️ day 9: done🪐 day 10: took a rest day but walked a lot update after 8 months (I didn't realise so long has passed lol): I still love doing pilates (not every day though) and I noticed a huge difference in both my body and my mind, as exercising helped me so much with managing stress and it really improved my mental health in general. if you're wondering wether you should do it or not, believe me it's worth it!!!

Идеально подобран музыка, нет лишних комментариев, везде есть чёткий таймер, задействованы все части тела и самое главное, все упражнения плавные и медленные, при этом чувствуются все мышцы Я даже не заметила, как прошло 20 минут, хотя обычно часто смотрю на время и жду, когда же тренировка кончится Уже хочется переступить ко 2 дню Большое спасибо! ❤

2024 год! и я начинаю менять себя и уже не к ненависти себе а к любви себе! это так вдохновляет,я хочу делать эту тренировку в течении недели и посмотреть что будет происходить с моим телом а также буду питаться более сбалансировано) 1день:было вполне легко ,однако пресс и ноги иногда болели😅 2день:было проще,честно не заметила как пролетели эти 15 минут!

So I tried this 1 week challenge and definitely recommend this one! I had belly and was shy to wear slim things, but now I feel more comfortable and confident, because this challenge changed my body ( belly and legs ) it's much slimmer. @@Prett_ymaysen Yes, I did the challenge in 7 days, I didn't diet or count calories, I didn't do any extra workouts, just this one. My legs got toned and it's very noticeable, my stomach also became smaller and toned. Definitely try it, especially if you don't like hard workouts!

I am gonna do these work outs for a week! I’ll come back and update! Day 1: ran 20 minutes + day one workout complete (I loved it! Wasn’t too hard but still burns.) Day 2: ran 20 minutes + day two workout completed! (I tend to like full body workouts more but this one still burned! Definitely good if you wanna target your legs) Day 3: ran 50 minutes + day three workout complete!! (Oh my goodness my glutes were dying, best booty workout!! Burned and was awesome) Day 4: 15k steps + day four workout complete! (This one burnedddd but it was pretty good, and I did it at 7 am so I’m glad it was shorter 😭)

I am a cross country and track runner currently training for a half marathon, I wasn't expecting to get much of a sweat out of this but it was more challenging than I thought! I definetly will keep doing this on top of my running and hopefully receive results :)

@@Викторинка-в4с Я делала именно эту тренировку утром натощак 7 дней подряд, скинула 3 кг + соблюдала водный баланс. Если хотите, то можно добавить к этой тренировке другую покороче и делать ее вечером допустим Эффект есть, главное не пропускать

не видела тут русских, так что если кто-то читает комментарии и найдет мой комм на русском, то мб ему будет легче. в общем, начинаю делать эту программу. надеюсь, что не заброшу. буквально вчера закончила челлендж от Лиды, но за результатами не следили, мб они были, а мб и нет хз завтра утром сделаю замеры, так как сейчас 22:52 и нет смысла их делать. питать я не знаю как буду, мб также как и всегда, а мб создам небольшой дефицит калорий параметры до: талия: живот: ляшки: руки: грудь: 1 день: сделала, тренировка понравилась, я вся потная. сегодня я поела где-то на 800 калорий. завтра утром сделаю замеры и напишу все сюда, а также сделаю фото до и после, чтобы если результат будет, то можно было бы его сравнить 2 день: сделала, сегодня были упражнения на ноги, жесть просто. надеюсь, что завтра они не будут болеть. я не смогла сегодня утром сделать замеры, так как опаздывала в школу, но зато сделала фото до. сегодня я поела на чуть большее кол-во калорий. нужно завтра обязательно сделать замеры, проснусь пораньше и сделаю 3 день: сделала, как вы думаете, я измерила? нет. очень расстроилась, так как я сегодня опять проспала. но хотя бы есть фото до, это радует 4 день: 5 день : 6 день: 7 день: параметры после: талия: живот: ляшки: руки: грудь: мои впечатления:

So, I decided to be a little silly and do the whole seven day challenge in one go! 1 hour and 47 minutes later I’ve burned 263 calories and I’m ready to never move a muscle again. I've always been anxious, even around the thought of exercise. I haven't been able to do a workout without additional in between pauses, but this time, I could! I feel like pilates is going to be a great routine for me instead of the gym. Lifting weights and fighting for my life in there was challenging, and it gave me a negative impact on my mental health. Usually, I feel bad after exercising, but I feel GREAT!! I can't believe it! See you on day 2!

Trying to do this challenge!! Day 1 - GIRL that really was something. It made me feel super good after, but during, it burned my legs so muchh. I'm defo out of much exercise. I love that you've done these videos, theyre the best! Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Update!! I did finish this challenge like 5 days ago. I have seen many people saying they would like more talking, but honestly this lack of talk works with me sooooo well…. There is a little timer and that is it… I struggle finishing workouts from other creators and I think too much talking and escpecially counting reps just makes me more tired and want to quit if I can’t keep up😅😅 This is just nice, little music, timer and for me time flies so fast and I don’t feel like I even worked out at all 😊😊❤

First week ☆ day one : i felt a little tired during the exercises but didn't hurt or felt that bad after doing it. I didn't did as perfectly as her, did some little mistakes. ☆ day two : technically is not d-2, since i did the exercises at midnight. I don't want to have slim thighs, i'm really comfortable and happy with the size of my thighs, i'm just gonna do the d-1 exercises again💌 ☆ day three : it was kinda hurtful because of the last exercises, but really liked doing them!🖤 ☆ day four : omg i love it sm! It was my favorite day since i started. I really loved doing the exercises and it was so fun! It was so short btw😔 ☆ day five : did the same thing as the day 2, so it's technically not day 4. Felt pain while doing the exercises, but didn't hurt at all and didn't felt tired after finishing the d-5. Love it! ☆ day six : absolutely love it! It was so calm yet fun to do. My arms are hurting a little but is nothing that can stop me. It definitely was one my favorite days along with D-4. Felt really short too😔 ☆ day seven : I just finished the first week of the challenge! I can notice that my swelling has gone down and I feel a little less tired after finishing the exercises. I loved it and I'm excited to start the second week! 🌸 ☆ second week : the second week has officially ended! I realy love it and i'm feeling really happy and good doing the exercises, sometimes i did other exercises apart from the seven days challenge too, and it's been absolutely amazing and i'm proud of myself for not giving up any moment. This is my first time doing pilates! (this video is from a year ago and I just now discovered it-but I'm SO thankful I did!) So....I've been slightly overweight my whole life. and I've been trying to lose it for more three years. Nothing I did would work, and I would get discouraged easily. I was also never consistent, so of course I wasn't seeing results. I probably thought I would see results after one or two weeks, which is obviously not how it works. but it's currently December 2nd, 2024. And i've decided for the next two months, i'm going to be consistent. I'm going to watch what I eat, and I am going to workout 3-5 times a week. this coming year, 2025, i have a few big events planned. I have prom, and a cruise. I want to get in shape. Not just for those, or because I want to look good (of course I do!) but mainly because I want to FEEL good. i want to go into the year of 2025 completely changed and unrecognizable. (ive tried the gym but it just wasnt for me) I want to be good enough, not for other, but for Me. i've struggled with body image, self-worth, and self-ha*rmi*g, and hating myself almost my entire life. AND I AM DONE. I am SO DONE. I'm tired of crying myself to sleep, hating how I look, and thinking I'm not good enough ro no one will like me. Im tired of ALL of it. I want to change my life around, and this is where it starts. I need to get in shape mentally and physically. im going to be doing this seven day pilates challenge to kick the start off! I wan to look, feel, and act my best. BUT i'm only FIVE minutes in and i'm ALREADY feeling the BURN!! its INSANE! i think i'm going to keep doing this one. But if anyone is reading this, PLEASE keep going. Keep going and dont give up. Dont quit because you think you cant do it. dont quit because you dont think anything will change. because it does. I KNOW it does. ITN WILL CHANGE. just give it time. @@ЭшлиСмит-н2в нет, а какие они должны быть спустя месяц?) Если вы имели ввиду шикарный пресс, то он так просто не появится. По своему опыту знаю, что заметных результатов не добиться без дополнительных весов и огромной нагрузки в зале, а это не по мне. Поэтому, я занимаюсь спортом, в первую очередь, ради здоровья, ибо веду сидячий образ жизни из-за работы, ну и удовольствие от этого получаю, конечно же)

I loved it! I felt the burn in every part of my body. Definitely continue doing weekly challenge. More challenging than just workouts. Pilates makes my body wake up.

Okay! Today, Sunday, I will start the workouts, I didn't exercise for months but I have muscle memory, so I hope I can endure this! Firts day: It's okay! The exercises are friendly and I feel great. I'll come tomorrow. 🥳 Second day: Wow, today was a little harder than yesterday, but the legs workout is sooooooo good. I love doing leg's day! But it's true that my body is still burning. 😭 Remember, you can do it! Take your time and more breaks if you need it. 😊💓 I'll come tomorrow. Third day: The workout wasn't difficult, but my body is burning in every single centimeter, especially my abdomen. 🥲 I was thinking about don't do it today (bc tomorrow I have an exam), but perseverance won. I'll come tomorrow. 👀 Forth day: Hi! The workout was short and easy to do! But I don't recommend do it with socks. 🤣 In the first part you will go down and down slowly. Anyways, it was funny. I'll come tomorrow. 🥶 Fifth day: Yesterday I didn't come because I was exhausted and I had class/exams in the afternoon, also I needed a break. Today the workout was good and light. I like it. 👍🏻 Sixth day: (I forgot to put here yesterday, sorry). It was a chill workout but a little challenging for me because I don't have strong arms. 🤣 Seventh day: okay! I finished the week. I feel more energetic and less bloated, I really recommend this workout for people who are starting to do exercise or want to improve their health!

@@lakshmielayathamby77 definitely, I’m a really active person and have quite muscular legs, but thanks to Pilates my legs are less bulky and more lean, also I feel better then when I used to go to the gym or run every day. I feel like Pilates is what I’ve needed and I’m overall far more lean. (I do more videos, but all of them are Pilates.)

I had a couple of rest days so my abs wewe not in a great shape now, but that was cool! ✅ Day 2. My legs freaked out a bit, but that was nice😎 ✅ Day 4. day 1 - definitely really motivated and happy after this ! i get humbled with these workouts usually , but i tried not to today ! felt the leg burn at like 12:48 😂 instead of 30 sec breaks i did 10 sec ! luckily no ads today ! 😅 i’ve been doing Pilates with u for like 2+ months but I’ll be trying this challenge ! loved this 💕🫶🏼 day 2 - done ! a few ads (probably 2-3) ! a bit less motivated today but i still managed to complete it! also did a 5-10 min abs workout from you also! it was 15 min but i did less! rlly important to cool down after the workout 💕 also did 10 sec breaks day 3 - day 4 - day 5 - day 6 - day 7 - stopped doing this & started with other workouts 💕 i love Pilates & ill definitely make a new comment when i do a 7-day series of these again !! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

I just got diagnosed with asthma yesterday and my doctor recommended regular exercise to help with symptom control. I was anxious to try this workout since when I visited an in person pilates class, I was extremely out of breath. This was challenging but good! Thank you!

its my first ever time doing pilates ...i have to say its soooooo good ....i used to do exercises for a year but for the last six months, all i did was eating and lying on my bed all day so i lost all of my stamina and also gained a litle weight ...so i again tried to workout , the workouts i used to do like 100 reps without a break are now tough to do 10 🥲...i felt reluctant to reduce my standard in that so i wanted to try something new and i came here ...girl u really made me feel my real state now, I'm too weak ...thank u for this amazing video , i'm gonna get my self back on track👍👍👍

i will be updating how this challenge is going below💗 (redoing after holidays) day 1: this was a super enjoyable and chill workout which was just the right amount of exercise for how i felt. loved it xx 25.09 day 2: great workout, especially the first half of the video which definitely burned, can't wait for tomorrow to do day 3!! xx 26.09 day 3: wow! this was probably my favourite so far, it was the most challenging for me but i feel great after completing it xx 27.09 day 4: enjoyable to have a shorter workout, i did it in the morning so feel pretty energised for the rest of the day, my abs are burning! xx 28.09 day 5: i went to the gym before doing the workout so i took it pretty easy, but it was very fun and relaxed xx 29.09 day 6: skipped a day because we were travelling but did this today, made me realise how weak my arms were! xx 01.10

First time doing Pilates! Progress down below: Day 1: Naturally tough because it was my first time trying this form of workout. I finished the workout and it felt really good. Next day, abs are a little sore but overall my body feels so energetic and lumbered up. Day 1 = 8/10 Day 2: Day 2 is all about toning thighs and I have already walked 11k steps today so I did die a little bit during the workout but I pushed it through and finished it. will update on the soreness level tomorrow :)

Okay so I did this challenge for 1 week and this what I’ll say to the people doing it for the first time If u r looking for boosting energy or the feeling of being fit and exercising this is perfect. This workout will make u want to do it over and over again. I did take 1 day break in my 7 week but keep it going. If u are looking for weight loss this is not the perfect one. I didn’t lose any weight .Try more cardio than Pilates. But overall I liked my 1 week challenge

I've decided to take this 7 days challenge and record my progress here So my current weight is 69kg I'm going to follow my normal diet, but I'll cut down more on my rice intake coz I'm Indian and YES I NEED RICE😭 I'll try to reduce it. (Ps: if i forget to update, please remind me hehe) Day 1: ✅ feeling pretty good right now. I can feel the stretch all over my abs and belly, including my thighs. (The leg one almost k1lled me) Also I'm used to Emi Wong workouts from past 3 years so I could do these pretty easily especially the high planks at the end and leg lifts. Day 2:✅ lol my thighs hurt. Overall it was a good burn. I'm sweating right now. Day 3:✅ oh god 😭 i almost died at the end but didn't give up. I hate plank hip dips and guess what, they were at the very end. Day 4:✅ short and sweet 10 mins intense burn ❤️🔥 Day 5:✅ omg i forgot to update yesterday but yess I completed the 20 min workout!! Day 6: ✅ it was a nice 15 mins arm burn! Day 7: ❌ missed it🥲 i had to go out with frnds today..will do it tomorrow!! Day 7✅✅✅✅✅ YESSSS!! Finally completed all 7 days. Feeling really good. Thankyou for this awesome pilates challenge. Will take up more challenges from now on!!

Start (November 29, 2023) Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Day 4: Done! This is kinda too easy for me actually. So I've done the Day 1 routine also. Day 5: Done! Day 6: Done! That arm workout was good, but I feel lacking only exercising my arms. Thus, I watched other videos with full body workout with a bit of a focus on abs. Day 7: DONEEE! I'm gonna continue with some other challenges to gain motivation. Week 2 (Dec 7) Took a day off, not because I don't want to tho, but because the situation forbade me from doing so. Day 1: Done Day 2: Skipped it bc of my hectic sched Day 3: Done! Did 2 different pilates workouts from Lidia and not the day 3 challenge per se. Day 4: Did two different workouts!!! Day 5: Wasn't able to. But I'll take this as a rest. Day 6: Done

Please please keep me accountable RESULTS ON MY KZbin CHANNEL IN A WEEK, SUBSCRIBE Day 1: just finished feeling very refreshed Day 2: done, legs were quite intense Day 3: this was much harder than day 1&2 combined but I made it💪🏾 Day 4: done , loved the ab circuit could feel the burn definitely more endurance. For more context I go to the gym to do 12-3-30 and aim for 10k steps a day as it just motivates me overall :) Day 5 - done. Starting to see some changes from when I first began Day 6- done ! So close to the end. I am sure I’m going to be redoing this challenge. It’s really good :) Day 7: done!! it was so quick and effective. I am going to be doing this again with Bailey dedrick's new 7 days challenge.

I had a terrible illness last month that led to 15 days in bed without the ability to walk ! Today i start your pilates workout and they felt so hard 😢 I'm sure with a strong well I'll finish this challenge and I'll be in better health and better shape soon❤️

I love this! I used to do at home workouts 4x a week (usually hit workout and specific workouts targeting legs and arms) but my body has been very stiff recently and I've heard great things about pilates so I wanted to give it a try. I still feel the burn but its slow paced and relaxing. I'm going to incorporate this into my weekly routine every Sunday on top of my other stuff.
