@@teru5466 as I said in my comment - I am a beginner to Pilates . Pilates is based a lot on specific form, breathing patterns, awareness of certain small muscles - which aren’t all plainly obvious on a video without voiceover. Of course , If you’re not a beginner you will be aware of how to correctly maintain form without instruction. So bit of an unnecessary unhelpful comment compared to other replies.

Update: My waist improved but I haven’t been feeling very motivated. Been sick and moving around…What I can say is these types of workouts so work!! In just in 6-7 weeks or so. That’s how long it took me to get my hour glass shape. Do it 2 times a day. Day and night. Take a break on weekends. I’m currently working on my hourglass again. But overall, it’s a good workout, do this during the weekdays, but if you wanna do it everyday, do it also on weekends. I hope y’all get motivated to do this workout. Again be patient with these results. DON’T GIVE UP!! But, if you feel like you can’t do it.. do it for half its time(15 seconds). Have fun! Get your dream body before school starts, before college, and etc. Or to just feel proud and feel accomplished. Love yourself and your body ladies!♥️🫶🏽Good luck! And another thing, if you’re worried about your hourglass being unseeable because of your water weight or something, don’t worry it’s still there. I have I issue with water weight…You just gotta stay active. Go for a run, you don’t have to go on a diet just stay balanced. Again. It just takes time to form and be more noticeable. Just remember to be balanced and listen to your body. Note: I will still try to update y’all everyday. If possible. Means you're hamstrings and hip flexor are too tight and that you aren't setting your core. This is probably too advanced for you until you build up core strength. Once you can keep your low back flat during the beginning exercises, you should try the whole thing again.

Yes me too, i couldn't feel it in my abs, only in my thighs, and i couldn't keep my back straight on the mat. So i think this means i have a weak core or smthing like that

@@ooppop8340 i've had problems with (weak) arms and legs, and neck strain.. her sets helped with correcting posture/position in doing it, w/c helps lessening the neck strain; and although i (still) feel weak on arms & legs, they're much better now in carrying my weight, so i think its getting stronger. before i started i was 62kg, now im down 60kg. Though my goal was just merely to do some 30mins/more exercise to get my body moving (im overweight & old). I like her videos and it made me consistent. So those are just cherries on top

at first I felt it just in my legs too, but then I started to just raise the thighs and not move the legs more up, then it started burning in my abs, or maybe try to raise your upper body more with the movements or lean a lil bit more forward, it’s like a scrunchies position
