please like this every time you see this! i will be doing this for 2 months so be ready! i do not just do one work out i do multiple! one work out will not help with one area. do take notice the smaller the work out the more you suffer. day 1: ✅ (did it very exhausting and hard to do but i stretch after like she said) Day 2: ✅(did it, instant burn! neck pain while doing it but during it my arms weren’t as sore because of stretching) Day 3: ❌ (I got a horrible flu!) Day 4: ❌ (Still sick but doing a lot better my throat hurts bad but i will be doing it tomorrow) Day 5:✅( Extreme burn! try not to skip not worth it! after all your excising make sure you stay moving do not lay down and eat! control your body. don’t starve yourself either. it’ll only make you gain weight.) Day 6:✅ (I did wonderful i feel arm fat getting tighter!) Day 7:❌(I need more reminders it’s hard to stay on task!) Day 8:❌(Very busy) Day 9:✅(easier!! still burns but got way tighter skin! Day 10: ✅ (I was so tired so i didn’t update!) Day 11:✅ (painful! also make sure you don’t just work on one area, You won’t see the results as quick!) Day 12:✅( STARTED TO SEE A WONDERFUL RESULT! Don’t miss a day like i did if you don’t you’ll see a quicker result!) Day 13:✅ (ARMS GOT STRONGER!!! not only did they get stronger but this made my collarbones start popping out! ) Day 14:✅ (Yes most of pain! burning again!) Day 15:✅(Did it and it was burning like crazy i didn’t stretch enough but still did it) Day 16:✅ (didn’t feel like it but did it for you guys! my arms r getting stronger and improving) Day 15:✅ (have a rough day i did do it tho) Day 16;✅ (I did it! MY ARMS ARE WAY BETTER THEN BEFORE! I’ve also been moving my arms more then just exercising them) Day 17:✅ (Wondering my arms got so much tighter it’s a big improvement i Was hoping for a bigger improvement by now but it takes time, i’ll have to start putting more effort into this! i still have to keep going we got this!) Day 17:✅ ( i did it! Getting better and easier!) Day 18:❌ Day 19:❌ Day 19-37:❌(I stopped for a couple of days because i have stuff going on sorry everyone!) day 38:✅ ( i did it i was having a hard day so i didn’t put a lot of effort and after we hit 2 months ima do all the days i missed for you guys!) Day 39:✅ ( i did it, i put so much effort and just a reminder keep going don’t miss days! my arms are stronger but i ate more then what i was supposed to so i gained a little weight that’s a reason you shouldn’t miss days) Day 40: ✅ (did it way more burning.) day 41: ❌ (to tired ) day 42: ✅ (did and felt a burn) day 43:❌✅(only did it half way to tired) hey guys just to let you know i have been doing it i just haven’t updated i got so much stronger and my arms are very slim now i love this work out it helped me a lot! do this for just 2 months! i promise it works! love you guys

For all the people who said they were going to try this daily and then stopped updating thanks for the extra incentive. Day 1: Definitely done arm workouts that burn more but I couldn’t finish those nearly as easily if at all so I’ll stick with this one and see what happens. Arms at 42 1/2 cm. Day 2: Found the part one of this exercise and that made me feel the burn, but it’s more in my shoulders than my arms so I think my form is off. Arms at 42 1/2 cm. Day 3: Skipped. My arms were burning all day and I took a long nap after work so I didn’t get around to it until the a.m’s Day 4: It was a lot harder today, my arms kept trembling and I had to take a few breaks, but I feel muscles moving that I don’t usually feel so I’m not giving up. Arms at 42 1/2 cm. Day 5: I've got a massive migraine and don't think I can do it today. Every time I try my head starts throbbing. Day 6: I think the first week is more about perfecting form than results so I’m gonna stop focusing on that and try to get my form right because I thought I was gonna dislocate my shoulder. Day 7: Skipped today because I went dancing. Day 8: Definitely getting used to it but still taking more breaks than I would like. Day 9: Some of the results listed in the comments seem misleading. My arms certainly feel stronger than when I started but that’s all I’ve noticed. Not giving up because I know my consistency’s an issue but as of now I’m not hopeful. Day 10: No extra breaks this time. Yay me! But that feeling of nearly dislocating my shoulder or elbow came back. The more I do it the more I realize training your body to pull with the right muscles is VITAL. Day 11: Exercises feel easier and at this point my arms feel better after I do them. Like I took a muscle relaxer or massaged them. Day 12: Noticed at work that things were easier to lift and hold up. My fingers feel slimmer too, but my arms are the same. Day 13: I was hoping to see results by this point. If it weren’t for how much stronger my arms are getting I’d think I was wasting my time. Hopefully by day 30 something will have actually happened. Day 14: Thinking of doing part two twice a day for faster results. At times my arms seem slimmer but my measuring tape says I need to get my eyes checked. Day 15: Almost didn’t do it today because I did a lot of walking and carrying heavy bags. Then I thought this workout’s the only reason carrying the bags wasn’t as difficult as it usually is so I decided to persevere. Day 16: Skipped. Had way too much sewing to do. Day 17: Skipped. My back was killing me, but will do the next day. Day 18: Did it today thankfully at this point it's like I never stopped. Day 19: Almost missed today and ended up doing it late. Today felt almost too easy and it’s at this point I recommend adding light weights when applicable or doing the exercises twice a day. However at this point I can see why no one has updated consistently. If they felt anything like I did in the early stages they likely quit for an easier routine, or they got this far without seeing the desired results and moved on to a different routine. Day 20: Skipped had too much going on. Day 21: Back’s hurting so I’m doing it in segments. Just measured, I’ve finally lost half a cm. Which doesn’t seem like a lot at this point but I’ll take any amount of progress for the time I’ve invested in this. Day 22: Skipped. Busy. Day 23: I'm honestly proud I've made it this far. In the beginning I had to take several breaks would shake and tremble through the exercises and my arms felt dead afterwards now I can get it done and go on; it's just a matter of making time. Now that my form is better and it's easier to pull from the desired muscles I feel I'll make progress easier. Day 24: Did it. Uneventful. Day 25: Paired it with a simple leg workout today. Day 26: Skipped. Felt like my back was gonna lock up on me so I did a flexibility exercise instead. Day 27: Arms down to 41 1/2 cm which is still disappointing at this point. Day 28: Skipped went swimming and had dance class. Day 29: I did it with my flexibility exercise today. Month’s up tomorrow, but I think I’ve proved my point. If you say you’re gonna update follow through. Day 30: I did it and for the first time I got that feeling I usually get when I’m losing weight, like the flesh is shedding off my bones so I’m gonna keep up with this, but I’m done updating daily. I wish everyone the best if they choose to give this a try. I hope my observations helped. Final measurement 41 1/2 cm.

Your arms didn't lose the fat because it can't with only this tiny workout you need to be working your body out too and you'll lose fat on your face, arms, legs ,stomach

I did this and chest lift work out for some weeks.. and today I'm suffering from success. Went to a dress store to buy a dress for my announcing event. I picked a plaid dress with straps. When I wore that, I immediately changed my mind from buying it. My shoulders were too squared, strong arms with bicep muscles and I looked hella strong. All the female workers in the shop went "WOW!" Thank you so much Hailey for this amazing workout! (Also my boobs grew 3cm within a week!)

I've been doing this every day for about 2 weeks now (breaks on the weekend + Pilates) and i have seen such a difference in my arms! They are much more toned and it has reduced the flabby part of my upper underarms. Amazing!!

day 1 (1/21): done! felt the burn, the last exercise was tough to finish day 2 (1/22): done! arms sore from yesterday and felt the burn more but I was able to finish all of the workouts! day 3 (1/23): done! arms still sore and I started feeling the burn in the first exercise. Tried to focus on form today! day 4 (1/24): done! started burning after the 3rd exercise and the last exercise was hard to finish day 5 (1/25): done! the beginning exercises are getting easier to do!

I really like the fact that you show your own stress of the workout. Half the time I'm doing these and everyone is stone faced and I feel like dying. The determined breathing and sighs of relief are a great comfort, lol.

I've done this for about 3 days twice a day and I already see results, the first day can be discouraging that burn is FIREEEEEE, but its helping with the pains in my shoulders, I can lift my arms again. Doing this for a month! (Please like to remind me) Day one ✅️ Felt quite easy, no extra breaks needed, the last one was quite hard. Day two ✅️ Definitely harder than yesterday, I realised that I was doing some of the exercise wrong/ without properly activating the muscles, so the burn was a lot more painful 🔥 Day 3 ⛔️ Got home late and was really tired and wanted to sleep. I started 3 minutes and stopped because was too tired. Day 4 ✅ Tired but did it anyways! Quick tip, put on a movie or show while you do it, this helps SO MUCH and stops you looking at the timer every 5 seconds! Didn't reall ywant to do it today, but went by in a flash!

it’s only the 2nd time i do this, and i can already _clearly_ see a difference! doing this for about 2 weeks, i’ll update y’all :) edit: yes it’s been a while and sorry if i didn’t update, i don’t get youtube notifications so i honestly didn’t even think about this comment anymore. anyway, yes it worked, i recently restarted doing these exercises with my daily workout. it’s worth it. obviously the more you do it the less you’ll notice, but keep it up and u will be pleasingly rewarded.

By the time you get to day 5, the pain is no longer relevant and for me it doesn't really affect me anymore, the more I feel pain doing it the more I know it's helping me. I kept repeating to myself that "Pain is your friend".

measurements of arms = 35cm Day 1:✅ The workout was INTENSE🔥🔥, my arms weee killing me! Day 2:✅ I felt the burn same as day 1 Day 3: ✅✅ I did this video and the previous video she suggested, it felt very powerful other then pain Day 4:✅✅✅ did this video twice and the latest 10 min slim workout she uploaded, I felt even more powerful and focused💪💪 Day 5: ✅✅ did this video twice, I time it felt easier then the other days Day 6: ✅⚠️ ⚠️ITS TOO MUCH FOR ME😩😩😩 MY MUSLES ARE GONNA DIEEE ‼️ ⚠️ Day 7: ✅ pretty chill Day 8:✅ easier then ever😮‍💨 Day 9:✅didn’t feel much Measurement = 33cm‼️ I’ve been doing these workouts and recording them above ☝️ in the school holidays, now since school has started, I’ll only be doing it on the weekends because I don’t have time🥲 Weekend 1: Saturday- ✅ felt like day one😮‍💨 Sunday- ✅ I felt intense pain😩 Like to remind me

i have prom in MAY i’ll update yall! Day 1: Went okay, I felt the burn in my left arm more than my right! Day 2: Went great! It didn’t hurt as much anymore! ( I did this in the morning ) Day 3: Not much burning anymore since i’m use to it :) Arm swings kill me sm Day 4: My arms feel stronger! Day 5: I skipped this day because my body was tired and sore, I used this day as a rest day Day 6: Felt amazing! Barley any pain! Day 7: zero pain now, i can do this with ease! ^^

Measurements: 11 inches Day 1: ✅ didn't burn too much but it still did. Day 2: ✅ burned more than yesterday and instead of reverse circles at the end, I did small arm circles Day 3: ✅ im doing small arm circles instead of reverse arm circles at the end from now on. Anyways, I'm not feeling sore after the exercise/throughout the day, but my arms burn during specific exercises. Day 4: ❌ didnt have time Day 5: ✅ burned a bit more than usual Day 6: ✅ I did small arm circles at the end instead. (I also lost around 0.5 centimeter) Day 7: ✅ finished!

trying this out for a month (hopefully) 2-3 sets a day in the morning and night. also doing slim back workouts and other arm workouts while im at it!! REMINDER: don't overwork yourself or else your arms will be sore for 3 days... learned my lesson the last time i did something like this. Doing for a week! (remind me to come back!!!) Day 1: ✅- hurt so bad (13.5cm) Day 2: ✅- burned and sore (13.5cm) Day 3: ✅- so soreee but had less breaks and arms look more toned (13.3cm) Day 4: ❌- not done i was too tired Day 5: ❌-was sick Day 6: ✅- hurt a bit less then usual (13.5cm) Day 7: ❌- was out all day Recovery days: Day 8: ✅- had more ease doing it but arms very sore (13.3cm) Day 9: ✅- workouts felt easier, and also felt like form was improved (13.2cm) Day 10:✅ - arms hurted more than shoulders, so i knew i was doing it right (13cm) Lost 0.5 cm, but doing it for a continuous week would have better results

I'm going to do it every day! day 1; I felt my arms DYING but on the next day I just felt a little sore. day 2; MANNN, this was harder since I felt my upper arms way too sore because of yesterday, but I did it!! 🎉 day 3; donee! it became easier so I'm starting to repeat some exercises! stay tuned ❤ day 4; did it! today for some reason my arms felt more sore while doing the exercises, but it was perfect! 🌷 (At day 4 I see really noticeable results!) day 5; COOL! I did it twice this time, and I got tired, but it was worth it two weeks update; I'm seeing a big change, I also feel with more energy than before, doing exercise makes me feel good!

Starting from today, I will update everyday. I do one more arm exercise beside it: Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅I feel sore right now my shoulders have been slimmed down lil bit, but it's visible❤ Day 5:✅ today I really felt the difference when I woke up, this si awesome keep going on💪🏻 Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ Measurements: OMG my arms were 28cm and now they are 26cm❤❤❤my goal is 20cm Day 8:✅ Day 9:✅

This is only the second time I've done this, but I already feel that changes are taking place. This workout is effective, because my hands are tense, during the workout my hands were literally shaking out of themselves with pain, this is a sign that this video is effective. Day 1: Done. Had to take breaks. Arms are burning Day 2: Done. Still takes breaks. Arms are burning Day 3: Done. Engaged with my arm muscles more. Takes breaks. Arms are burning so much. Day 4: Done. DID NOT TAKE ANY BREAKS!! An improvement Day 5: Done. Did not take any breaks and felt refreshed after Day 6: Done. Did not take a break and this one burns more than usual. I'm feeling a chill after Day 7: Done. Burns. I still don't see any results but I love the workout anyways I'mma continue. Will do this for 3 months and will only stop if I don't see even the tiniest bit result

I have very flabby arms and i am really looking for an effective arm-fat burning workout. And this workout seems very promising becuz of all the comments, so ill be doing this workout for a week or two and be updating you guys, hoping for the best results🤞💪🏻 Starting date: 17 jan 2024 Day1: felt the burn so very much, also i did stretch after the shesh. Day2: felt the burning today but the workout was easier than yesterday, didnt have to pause in between to catch a breath, also i did stretch and DRANK LOTS OF WATER! Day3: did the workout, felt the burn, also got used to the pain and burn so i didnt have to pause in between the vid, plus did the stretching too

I wouldn't say so. But when I was measuring my thighs for example there was much smaller change so I think this workout helped me burn the fat a little bit faster than it normally would. I was also on fat loss plateau so that might have some impact on the final results. Do I think the workout is worth it? I think its a nice addition to the regular upper body excercise and it helps with strenghtening the arms so if you wanna give it a try I'd say go for it and good luck! definitely adding this into my routine from now on! its my first time my arms were burning and already saw a difference. trying for 1 week i will update how its going every 1-2 days to see if this is worth it most likely will a great exercise my uncle who teaches men fitness classes he saw this and said this is ace!
