this workout really got my upper body (arms and chest) sore as heck and when i say its sore, IT IS REALLY SORE!!! I can barely lift up my arms as it hurts like crazyyy (also, hard for me to turn the steering wheel when I drive). i really enjoy and looove this workout!! even my 80km hike with 10kg+ bagpack didnt make me this sore (gave me shoulder muscle tho) but nevertheless, i want to be strong again after my ks journey ended 2 years ago :")

Thank you! And I literally just think about the muscle I am working. I focus all of my attention on squeezing and working that specific muscle.
I just found this workout because i want to strengthen my arms, tone them, and also get rid of my stubborn armpit fat. I already eat a nutritious diet, but my armpit fat never goes away. I am very lean in other parts of my body except for my arms, so will 2lb weights be ok for this workout? I have 6lb weights, but they are too heavy for me and make me loose my form a lot. Instead of using the 6lb weights for all of the exercises, I will start off with the 2lb weights, and once we lay down and do the lifts on the ground, I will use the 6lb weights for those movements, basically I will alternate between each weights. So will using 2lb weights still help get rid of armpit fat in this workout? Thank you!
