Travis's Facial expressions appears not to take the Judge's sentencing very well! However, Greg Mcmichael takes his sentencing like a Chief. Travis had premonitions about his father's Questionable Behavior. It came out in Cross-examination in A Facebook post Admitted into Evidence. The Post stated (My Father is Slight Crazy, Old as Dirt, and doesn't care about going to Jail). This Tells me that Travis Has possibly witnessed some Questionable behavior by his father. Some Day, Travis May come to Realize. His father played a huge role in his beliefs and who he is. And has played a huge part in the reason why he will serve the rest his life in prison.

Nope when he shouted to them yall got him that sealed his fate. Why would he shout that . All the neighbors knew about what they were going to do if they saw Ahmaud again. Because Travis talking about he saw Albeznee point down the street as to say there he is. But Linda showed that was not true in her closing. He had not came out to the street until they had got in their Truck. See Travis forgot his neighbors all had home video carmeras. But not one of them showed Ahmaud on not one of their Property. You know the lie the the Defense Lawyers tried to say. Because if he was on any of their Properties they would have said that on day one and would still be saying it. He is only seen on the construction site like the other people

Arbery wasn’t on trial. According to the GBI he didn’t commit any crimes in that neighborhood. The 3 murderers admitted that they didn’t see Arbery do anything wrong. Even if he had, it is illegal to chase, trapped, threatened and then murder this unarmed man.

In order to determine the legitimacy of your interpretation of a law you have to apply it to multiple scenarios... if the police are canvassing the neighborhood with a photograph of a suspected rapist and you recognized that individual peeking through your neighbors daughter's bedroom window at 4 in the morning while your daughter is having a sleepover it's perfectly reasonable for you to grab your firearm, try to detain that person and use that firearm to defend yourself if they close the distance and aattack! Under the interpretation of the law presented by the prosecution in the McMichaels case it would be illegal for you to interfere with that individual because you had not seen them commit a felony and the mere presence of your firearm would then give him the right to use deadly force against you if you were to point it in his Direction while he was charging directly at you I understand how emotional people feel about this case but this interpretation of the law is absolutely ridiculous As a clinically insane career Criminal Who had a history of felony theft illegal imprisonment terroristic threatening fighting the police and narcotic use I can completely understand why he would panic at the sight of two men trying to hold him for the authorities after he just got caught committing a trespass on a property with a crime problem while he was on probation from a Felony The trouble is when you escalate the force to deadly violence on an individual standing their ground after you provoked the entire incident by committing crimes while on probation you cannot "be the victim" Our modern society is bedeviled by a for-profit media apparatus that has every incentive in the world to pitch a false narrative in order to outrage individuals so that they will stay glued to their television set for the advertisers message, a legitimate and honest media and legal apparatus must have absolutely no advertising pressure whatsoever from private corporations or you wind up with this ridiculous daytime talk show narrative whenever a specific set of circumstances presents the opportunity for these big powerful media corporations to generate that kind of "outrage rating" its all about the opportunity to LURE in huge advertising revenue! in addition to the for profit bad actors hostile foreign governments recognize the opportunity to attack us under these circumstances by beseiging our social media with agenda driven narratives that will be clutched upon by those who wish to cause harm to the country the McMichaels were PARKED and standing their ground on the phone with the police when a mentally disturbed career criminal ran at them from a safe distance and decided to attack when he became convinced they were determined not to hurt him because Travis raised his shotgun yet did not pull the trigger untill it was grabbed (Just like kyle) It was deemed legal when Kyle RIttenhouse aimed his gun yet did not shoot his attacker untill the attacker grabbed his gun and By raising the gun Kyle was judged not to have "provoked" the attack yet for the McMichaels this identical senario yielded conviction because our justice system is under the thumb of racial hysteria boosted by forprofit media and hostile foreign governments 😐👈

I have questions about some lies you told in your silly little post. How did Arbery "provoke the entire incident by committing crimes while on probation"? What crimes did the McMichael's witness Arbery committing that day? This question is a troll killa. Trolls like you never answer that question. Weird. What is the link to story of Arbery "fighting the police"? You said Travis "raised his shotgun but did not fire". Are we supposed to give him a medal for that? Nope. That's why he was charged and convicted with felony aggravated assault. From here you had better reference Georgia self defense laws instead of comparing him to the Rittenhouse case. Travis lost all claims for self defense with that move. You should know better cause you told me you were a lawyer AND a firearms instructor for 20 years. I'm sure you'll answer my questions...unless you're just another troll from a foreign country.

You really need to help them with their appeals because they had bad Lawyers . Who never said all the Lies you wrote. Can you show me were Travis saw Ahmaud do anything. He testified in his own Defense he was in his house on the couch. Gregory told the 911 Operator his emergency was a Black Man running. He told the Police Officer on the scene he didn't know what Ahmaud had done. So when did Ahmaud provoke them Travis also testified that Ahmaud never said a word to him or threatened him. So when did he provoke them. But Gregory did threatened to blow his head off. He proudly told the Police Officer on the scene. I read that no Lawyer wants to help them with their appeals. Maybe you can help them for free. But Mrs Mcmichaels does have a Christian fundraiser so maybe she will give you some of it

@@sigfan765 Arberry was caught trespassing while on probation and thats a double felony if the police would have caught him he would have been going to jail because he was committing a crime commonly prosecuted as a felony while on probation for previous felonies, Gregory and Travis McMichael both witnessed him commit crimes in their neighborhood on video and in person just a few days prior to the incident. It's ridiculous to suggest that you have to witness a crime on the day of the arrest because that's not even vaguely how the law is applied but that's exactly what the judge claimed. The judge is suggesting that if you see a felony on Monday you're not allowed to detain somebody on Tuesday which is a complete load of shit... this isn't GTA if you hide from the cops for a little while your stars don't disappear😆 according to your definition of the self-defense laws anytime someone aims a weapon at a person attacking them they lose their right of self-defense🤔 This ridiculous interpretation of the law makes all firearms 100% useless because the moment you aim at someone you become the aggressor😆 Call Rittenhouse didn't get in trouble for aiming his weapon at a man running directly at him why would Travis? I'll tell you why because Oprah got involved😆 What was Travis supposed to do wait until the criminal had attacked him in order to prepare his weapon? The McMichaels were standing their ground while an escaping felon was running directly at them... they had no duty to retreat

@@blmtrejureydepourtment5899 you're alive?!? I thought you died in Ukraine. Your country is getting their butts kicked over there. Okay we both know that you don't know what you're talking about. I'll go over this one more time just in case another McMichaels fanboy is reading this: First off, I couldn't help but notice that you didn't answer my question...what crimes did Arbery commit during his probation? You can't answer the question cause you don't know what you're talking about. On that note...you ignorance is astounding. Do you know ANYTHING about U.S. laws? "Caught trespassing on probation is a double felony"? Where is that in the Georgia criminal code? If he was going to jail why did Officer Rash testify that he was going to give him a verbal warning? In America he would have had a warrant out for his arrest. It's not ridiculous to suggest that you have to witness a crime on the day of the offense. That's not my opinion, or my theory, or my feelings. That's actually Georgia state law. You claim the judge interpreted the law incorrectly. I dare you to post the law he was referring to and point out in the law where he was wrong. It's the same thing in regards to your obvious ignorance of Georgia self defense laws. Travis McMichael is on that video pointing his shotgun at Arbery. He admitted to law enforcement in the interview 2 hours later. He admitted to it on the witness stand. He was charged with FELONY aggravated assault. He admitted to chasing Arbery, for 4 minutes to force him to talk. He was charged with attempted kidnapping. What does Georgia self defense laws say about being in the commission of a felony? What does Georgia self defense laws say about initial unauthorized aggressor? Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't the aggressor. Travis was. Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't in the commission of a felony. Travis was. You can't claim self defense or stand your ground in accordance with Georgia law if you are in the commission of a felony or you are the initial unauthorized aggressor. If a death occurs (Arbery) while you are in the commission of a felony (Travis) you will be charged with that death. If you can't come up with a valid legal argument for the McMichaels actions, you are trolling or expressing your FEELINGS. You can't troll life without the possibility of parole PLUS 20 years in one of the worst prisons in the country. Also facts and the law doesn't care about your feelings, comrade. Aren't you tired of me making you look like a fool on the internet?
