Love the layout. The bigger bathroom is nice. The living room is big enough if your health changes , you could sleep downstairs. The washer and dryer is in a great location.. Add a porch on the front and that becomes your extra living room . Randy love this design.

Our favorite floorplans are 10x24 Lexington and Augusta. If there was an issue, it's storage space, which, in our opinion, is solved best by the Augusta. Great @ >$75k base price!!

Hi from Australia. l Love this channel so much. Tiny houses are the future. Humans don't need to live in monstrous houses. We evolved from caves. These tiny houses are the natural progression from that. They have all the Mod-cons of normal size houses and look super cosy and comfortable.

I thought that exact same thing. It all felt very familiar. Saw the reflection. The way he helped "her" up. and his reactions to the camera. He always mentions the camera person as well and suspiciously didn't on this one. Good work guys. Seriously though I hope all is well with Amanda, She adds so much to the business and videos. Hey Randy Love your Christmas outfit. Be sure to let Ace know hile poinsettias are commonly “hyped” as poisonous plants, they rarely are, and the poisoning is greatly exaggerated. When ingested, mild signs of vomiting, drooling, or rarely, diarrhea may be seen. The Lexington is sure spacious for a 24 foot home. I love the 36” shower and the staircase in the back.
