11-19-2022 Fort Worth, TX - Back yard Fire pit ends up costing family a home.

At 9:30pm Friday night Fort Worth 911 and Tarrant County Fire Alarm recieved several calls about a structure fire on the 4900 block of Whispering Stream Ct. As companies responded they reported a large black header could be scene and a working fire was declared. When first due companies arrived they reported heavy fire in the rear of the home and heavy smoke throughout the large 1 story home. Crews immediately began attacking the fire but where soon told evacuate as the fire had already caused partial collapse In the rear of the home. Companies immediately went defensive has the wind driven fire rapidly burned through the attic and the roof of the home. Crews had to back away from the front of the home as the fire reached a room with ammunition in it that can be heard exploding for nearly 10 minutes. After nearly 5 hours the fire was finally put under control. Sadly, 2 adults, 2 kids and the family dog have been displaced. Red Cross arrived on scene to assist the family. Crews from Haslet, Blue Mound, Lake Worth, Saginaw, Rhome, Newark, Justin and Fort Worth all assisted with the fire. No injuries where reported but the home is a total loss.

Not sure of the correlation of ammo in the house and a backyard fire pit unless you were just trying to be cute. As logical as saying parent is an unfit parent because they had a car accident.

@@Joe_Momma205 He's saying the guy can't even control fire, but he has guns and a bunch of amo. If you can't even control fire, should you be allowed to attempt to control bullets? I also love how fire dicks in the US mostly just stand around and supervise the fire - "Yup, it's on fire alright, we'll just stand here and watch it". Did they do anything worthwhile in this video at all? The place is a total loss with our without them - might as well just cut them out of the picture because they didn't accomplish anything of value anyway.
