11 a.m. INDIAN BURGERS in Miami, Florida!! David's Been Here Garam Masala & Gun Powder Burgers!!

As you guys probably already know, I love Indian food. I love it so much that I partnered up with my favorite burger joint in Miami to create two special Indian-inspired burgers! Come with me to have my special Indian burgers, the David’s Been Here Garam Masala and Gun Powder burgers!
Joining me at Clutch Burger in Coral Gables was my dad, Tomas. Not many people can say they have their own burger, so to have one of my own is a pretty big deal!

The spice mixtures they use at Clutch Burger for my burgers come from my friends at Ulavacharu Tiffins in Santa Clara, California. Inside, we met up with my boy Steve and Aaron in the kitchen, who’d be building both burgers for us!
For the Gun Powder Burger, they use the Impossible burger patty, which is a 100% vegan burger that tastes and feels like meat! Aaron sprinkled some gun powder on both sides of the Impossible patty and placed int on the grill.
Then, they butter a Brioche bun with ghee and toast a it. Then, they add fresh arugula and tomatoes. Then, they grill some caramelized onions, which add a nice sweetness. Then, they put some taleggio cheese sauce on top, along with a bit more gun powder!
They also fried up some steak fries. It looked amazing. Then, we started on the Garam Masala burger by putting garam masala on both sides of the Wagyu beef patty.
They put ghee on the bun and toasted it, and added arugula, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pickled habaneros, pepper jack cheese, pepper mayo sauce, and two fried onion rings! It comes with more onion rings on the side!
We enjoyed the burgers outside with two Imperial IPAs. The burgers are monsters! It was insanely good! The Impossible burger really tastes like meat. The onion rings and fries were excellent as well.
They’re honestly the best burgers on the menu at Clutch Burgers, and I love them all! If you’re ever in Miami, stop by and tell them I sent you!

Gun powder is actually a blend of spice that Indians use it’s actually called gun powder.. I’ve tried it before I was surprised by the name lol he didn’t invent it btw Indians call it that. But I just love how this man came up with the idea of blending these spices into the burger. Respect and love to this man that shows love! I would love to try these burgers myself. Wow I love indian style burgers but I think in india we get it different like in my area they have 6-7 different chutneys like green one , youghurt , tamarind ,chilligarlic , roasted tomato etc and yes mayo too . Also they have different patty like potatoes plain or spiced ,or paneer slice , or mix veggie or beetroot with gourd or soya bean,or black lentil in vegetarian etc they also add mathri a wheat crisp and chaat masala , though they never add garam masala
