I'm going preface this by saying Control had some of the best gameplay I've seen in recent games but I'd say there is no narrative in Control it's just a personal trait.

@vergillives9890 Yes, some would argue the story is she has a missing brother, but the story pushes no real strides to trying to track down her brother as she's just running around a building that's alive.

I really don't agree about the narrative just being the house. The house is just the setting and an example. If I remember right, they nail the real narrative in right towards the beginning with the "poster and the room" metaphor. Jessie has seen something nobody can explain to her--between an entire town being flung into deadly chaos by a simple slide projector, to the voice of some paranormal entity still in her head--except to tell her, "Sorry bucko, you're insane." The narrative is looking behind the poster, ascertaining how deep the world behind it really is. How limited our understanding of reality is. The house is just one small part of that.

I loved the spiderman 2 game mostly, but that thumbnail suit, looks like spiderman is caught mid shift, during his job as a chef, doing spiderman stuff on a smoke break. #spiderchef
