It makes me smile so hard when he has those occasional times on stage where he gets really feeling himself and/or feeling goofy. While he’s so often showing happiness/enjoyment during performances it’s rarer that he gets that sassy and/or smart ass funny sort of thing going on. That moment the first and every time since that I’ve seen the footage of just makes me grin….

Extra fun is that you can tell Dave is getting a kick out of them sharing the goofy moment and smiling at him even as the lights go dim. Dave has that laugh-smile on he gets that you can even catch from the side and his posture. Two friends sharing the fun onstage. Love seeing those moments… In contrast is the exchange of when Dave forgot the words to (repeated line , too!) Waiting for the Night and how Martin straight laughed and was kinda side-eyeing him for the rest of the song and they ended it in hugs and laughter over Dave's goof. It just plain fun to see moments of relaxation and enjoyment between them on top of those great rare moments where it’s Martin who is feeling free to instigate stuff.

And, as always, the joke is: who are you - a boy or a girl? I think it's stupid. From another interview, his self-irony when asked if he sees himself as the Marquis de Sade in his old age. To which Martin replied, like: Uncle Martin and Alko Martin.
