I had come to a crossroads in a 5 year relationship and after watching this video it truly let me know that ending this relationship is what I must do to find inner peace, love and happiness. I let this disrespectful, dishonest and controlling narcissist take my joy, dignity for myself and tried to make me feel everything that went wrong in our relationship was my fault. Today is my final goodbye to him and his evil ways. Thank you!!!

I hope he is living his dream.

Excellent video. I reflect on it and came to the conclusion that every relation with people who lack respect ends sooner or later. All those negative experiences with unaware or toxic people resulted in more self care and respect for myself and my core values. Many acquaintances, but only a few real friends seems to be normal. Being an empath caused abuse and being treated badly by toxic and inmature people. I left and live a peaceful life by now. The experiences sharpened my mind and my ability to see the true characters of people I am dealing with.

My husband is toxic. So I left him. He knew he had mental problems and hid it for over a year after we bought our house. That right there says he is a very bad person. Because he wouldn't change for the better. No matter how much I would help him, he would lie to me to appease me. He was afraid to tell all therapists. He promised to do things and would never fulfill promise after promise What a total jerk he is because he resorted to abusing me: mentally, emotionally, psychologically, and financially. He has no respect, dignityor integrity, and he did so many bad things to me. He is the covert narcissist.

@beskarman38 I'm here for you. It's good to be able to let people know how terrible these narcissists are. If the courts could only know this in America, by educating themselves, they might be more open-minded that this really does exist, but the courts are blind. My covert narcissistic husband is a wife abuser and he should be locked up for this. I knew the USA wouldn't understand anything about mental and emotional abuse. They are sarcastic about these things, and they have to see visual bruising because they are so uneducated (so ignorant they are). Other countries recognize this as abuse. England and Canada, for instance.

Teach children this. They need it now. They manifest a painful reality. From being coddled. My father, I was born on his birthday. Taught me all this and he spoke Latin. He has moved on yet I feel his presence. It’s very very strong. I find myself saying his sayings. An understanding why he lived the ways he did. When I was young I thought he didn’t care. But. As I got older I realized how strong he actually was.

Stoic principles are truly deep, perfect, mature, and wise. Most people are ignorant of this knowledge just to make it hard for the challenged to apply to better their lives and move forward. However, those challenged have to be glad to listen to these things and take slow but sure steps towards a better future for themselves.

My son don't even know me .I feel my part In the divorce was to let go but i let go of seeing my son. I feel I had to end relationship with ex but it cost me the love and seeing my son. I cannot hang around people who like child porn.. I am parent hurt I accept my choices but cost me shame and blame from my ex wife and her family. I am starting to feel regret, cause it was like I died and my son has no father just because I made a choice to stay away from ex. I stand but my mind regrets. I do have the ability to love myself for my choices kept me from harming ex or being around and causing shame to ex status. I believe in God but feel like he won't come and intervene and restore my son s relationship with me

Well FAMILY.... I'm so happy that I found these strange saying because that's what they are but they come to OPEN OUR EYES rather we want to except them or not. There comes a time you have to let PEOPLE GO. I'm do apologize but you have to as much as you love this person regardless what may be the reason. There will come a time where love will depart your relationship or some kind of hate. I mean love is the opposite of hate one of them will other ride each other. Yes, you would think love will over power love but there will come a time that hate will over power love some how. We can no hold to a person if that person don't want to hold on to you. This has to work both ways 2 can't walk together unless they agree. You can make no one love you if you can't love you how can you love any one else. Next, look at your relationship PLEASE make sure it a balance if you are the man (MALE) look and see if you are caring for her the way you SHOULD BE caring for her. Women (female) are you really loving your man for real because we as women at times can be shady in our relationship if we are not getting what we want or need. Let's look at our values and his values and make sure that they are both coming together as one and please make sure you are communicating with each other. ✝️💯✝️. Ok I'm getting there myself because after 25 years of being with a man that I love and that I kissed on the forehead and left on January 30 2024 I have made a decision not to go back nor return to my husband. There comes a time in your life where enough is enough. If you have lost the love for each other you have nothing. ✝️ Father God, in the name of Jesus you said that you come to heal the broken hearted and there are a lot of us who are BROKEN in so many ways no matter what or who is at fault we are BROKEN and I am too. Touch our brokenness and give us healing and understanding. LORD speak to our hearts and bridge it together mend it so we can see what is best for us. You know what's best for us and we thank you for your healing....in Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾😊🙏🏾

The 11 signs have given me the courage to reassess and make difficult decisions for my well-being. Stoicism teaches us the importance of self-respect, even in tough relationships. Thankful for this powerful guidance!

I always felt i had to compromise to others when i was an young boy even throughout my life. in a few month ago i saw the philosophy of stoicsm and more, and found out i'm a stoic. i love my freedom and i been analyzing by asking myself question when the next time i face it. I've learn the hard cord of stoicsm when was harsh with my own father when i was in my 30s that i kept my rage inside without showing emotion in front of my best friend. i couldn't believe myself i was able doing this. This could be avoid if my dad would talk privately that i didn't think of that time. i have learn those valuebla lesson from my pass experience and i didn't know i've become an stoic person. We are not phylosophy or stoicsm and others things by chance, peoples did have experience and wrote down that we've have become

Thank you very much Sir for sharing us the above video. . My relationship with my loved ones, friends, relatives, and neighbors are somewhat flexsible, and ups snd down by nature. It depends upon my own feelings. It really hurts me a lot if sometimes I could no longer connect with them harmoniously. Great topic Sir. God speed your endeavor always.

I had never felt jealous of anyone; it's a pointless feeling. Jealousy occurs when you live your life by constantly comparing yourself to others, which is wrong. It goes against the principles of Stoicism.

I actually agree with this... it's better to be alone or with just one friend and peace, than to live a life of turmoil with a wealth of manipulative, quarrelsome minds around you... it's actually so simple...
