How does the built hp70 run? any slipping Or nose over during shifts?

I’d say it’s reliable up to about 1000whp any above that it’ll downshift under heavy power and slip I’ve had to build it twice already the second time it snapped the input shaft and melted 4th gear clutch pack. My car dyno’d at 1100whp @13psi I usually hit around 15-16 psi on the street and it absolutely hates it.

The car makes 1100 whp on 13psi most of the races where on low boost. There was a lot of major issues with the turbo kit and fighting exhaust leaks causing even more lag then usual I’ve got them all figured out now. I will make a few videos of the build and the time on the dyno in a couple days

@@srt.v8096 the slower cars where just me cruising around town and everyone wanting to race I’m usually around 700+ hp on set point 1 with them. I should’ve been more specific on the races I’m my own critic and deleted my video 3 times before posting this mediocre thing lol . The whipple 5.0 I was literally on cord if you check out my instagram there is a picture on there I was racing the black zl1 prior and went through tire quick. The races at the end are the fast un beaten guys in my city and honestly they are pretty fast despite the videos. The red zl1 I think could have been a Better race I still had the stock radiator and stuff the car would get about 260° after a few pulls and I still have the scatpack transmission built or not still super weak so I was pushing it as it was and at the end of the race the car shifted from 6th to 4th that’s why I dug in the brakes so much. I’m having a HP90 built so I will be able to turn it up for spring. 🤙 there is a 426 whipple hellcat on 19psi here that barely hangs behind us.

Always someone with input. Please show us your fast car. It’s probably has a soft tune in it. Depending on how aggressive his tuner wants to go. High torque at low rpm =‘s bent rods and broken trans. Sounds like a very linear torque curve. He could be running a stock trans or his engine isn’t rated for more than 1100hp, so they kept it safe.
