The law is instructions in righteousness, literally it shows us how to do the right thing in many situations, I think a better understanding or explanation is justification could never come from the law the law in fact is instructions in righteousness but not justification, that only comes through Messiah 🙏💯❤️📖

This guy is painting the veil so it's more solid. Lots of truth sure, he's quoting Torah and explaining well. But to reconcile Paul with it? Blasphemy. But Duet. 13 warned, "if that prophets words come true, know the Lord your God is testing you." And "will perform miracles to deceive even the elect" We're under a curse because we broke God's law? Ok then, stop breaking that law, and now we have freedom. We still have consequences and repercussions, "turn the other Cheek"... The law is freedom. The law brings freedom to the blind. Paul was a Roman spy sent to destroy a strong people with strong culture/core beliefs that were a threat to the Roman occupation for centuries.

“The Law was added…” does not mean that it was a new thing. It was not. The Law was taught orally since the time of Adam. At Sinai The Law was added in written form for the first time. Written language was a new thing at that time. The 400 years of captivity in Egypt introduced the people of God to written language, especially Moses, who was raised in the household of Pharaoh. .

The original was Hebrew. Translating into Greek was done by Gentiles, not by Hebrew speaking Jews. They chose words that made sense to them when a Hebrew word had multiple possible translations - fair enough. But the Hebrew word they translated as “under” can also be translated as “of.” So Paul can also be understood as saying “Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not OF the law but OF grace.” To be under something is to be ruled by it. To be of something is to be identified with it. It is a choice of words, both possible as translations, but in a different language the proper nuance may be lost in translation. In Spanish, “Echar flores “ means to pay a compliment. In English, however, it means to throw flowers. Something is lost in translation. And sometimes the Hebrew to Greek to Old English to English makes Paul say things that are hard to understand.

@@HAChrist since we know "the law" is a Greek translation of Torah when referring to God's word from the septuagen. They are not taking about a different law such as the law of the land. What law then would it be referring to?

@@jeremiahmcquiston7401 Nomos or nomon in Greek for 'law' also means 'customs' in Strong's. Sadly, since Elohim has sent a strong delusion upon the earth, people are without understanding, since there's no such thing as the 'law of sin'. If there was a law of sin, then we would find this law and definition in Exodus, Numbers, or Deuteronomy. Therefore, there is no such thing as the law of sin but the 'agency of sin'. In conclusion, nomos or nomon can also mean 'agency', 'customs', 'oral-law', 'statutes', etc.

@@HAChrist but the Septuagen also translate the word Torah into law "Normos". So it is up to context to know if it's the law of God, aka Torah or the law of men, or the law of customs of the scribes. If this passage speaks of "the law" being added presumably by God I would think this is referring to the Torah. Because there is not need to add another law because that would violate Torah.

Pual says: 1 Corinthians 7:18 Was anyone at the time of his call already circumcised? Let him not seek to remove the marks of circumcision. Was anyone at the time of his call uncircumcised? Let him not seek circumcision. 19 For neither circumcision counts for anything nor uncircumcision, but keeping the commandments of God. 20 Each one should remain in the condition in which he was called. YAH says: Genesis 17: 10-14 This is my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and your offspring after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised. You shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and you. He who is eight days old among you shall be circumcised. Every male throughout your generations, whether born in your house or bought with your money from any foreigner who is not of your offspring, both he who is born in your house and he who is bought with your money, shall surely be circumcised. So shall my covenant be in your flesh an everlasting covenant. Any uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin shall be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.” YAH: EVERLASTING COVENANT you will be cut off from your people if it's not done. Pual: it's of no value remain uncircumcised 🤔 Explain that please 119 ministries....

@@psalm1047 Also Gentile is one of the most mis-appropriated words in the Bible. The Hebrew word is goy for a nation, as ethnos in Greek. But the word gentile is used in place for nation, as it is for heathen, and even pagan. In Matthew 10:5-6 it states these 12 apostles were sent out after instructing them, saying, "do not go on the road to the gentiles, ( it should read heathens not gentile) and do not enter a city of the Samaritans; but rather go to the lost sheep of the House of Israel and as you go, preach, saying, the Kingdom of Heaven has come near. One of the many instances where the word gentile was wrongly inserted. In fact the word Nation should be used in most cases, not gentile. When the apostles were preaching to the Nations, they meant the scattered children of YAH abroad. That can be very misleading. Basically the ones at the moment who were not following the law of YHWH. Rebecca carried two Goy in her womb. Israel was prophesied to be a mighty Goy and a company of mighty Goy. The word does not mean non Israelite as many Christians believe. In fact the words origin is of the Latin word gentillus, which means not a citizen of Rome, or one who follows Roman law. So if you want to be correct, Christ and his disciples were all Israelites, but they were all gentiles. When I excepted YAH Im no longer a "gentile" but an Israelite, that's how I see it anyway. I never call myself a gentile but instead I refer to myself as an Israelite for that reason. When Yahusha HaMashiach comes back you don't want to still be a gentile. At the end of the day each one of us have to answer to Him individually. As for me I will prioritize His words over Paul's. My boys and myself are circumcised not so that we can boast in our flesh but so that we show our obedience, as is proof of our faith.

This is your explanation, your interpretation of Paul's letters this is what you belive Paul was saying or trying to say . The problem with this is paul already has the law , knew the law , he knew that just keeping the law doesn't get you saved but but keeping the laws of God and the the belief in his son and having faith in God and in Jesus completes the law , and it shouldn't matter that the people in Galatia wanted to start observing the law or in what order they choose to do it in , as long as they , as new comers to the judean way of life , know that the law is written and already established and must be kept .. people always have to explain Paul's letters , its always a caveat to his teachings why if he was truly called by Jesus , are not the disciples aware of him becoming a disciple as a matter of fact Jesus warned his true disciples about Paul in the book of Matthew 24 v 23 . And in the book of Acts 9 v 25-26 they don't accept him nor believe he is an apostle . JESUS gave his disciples commandements to go out and preach the word of God to the world 1 john 17 v 18 why was there a need for pauls writings when Jesus already came and preached the commandments of God , to have faith in God and to believe he was the son the world was waiting for . many of you skip pass these very obvious parts in the new testament . I have said and will continue to say they , Paul and the elders and some of these unnamed apostle , had no right to tell people whether they we're gentile or home born israelites they didn't need to get circumcised Acts 15 v10 . The teaching should have been at that time , no circumcision alone will not save you but it is a law given by God and must be followed PERIOD . The law is not difficult deuteronomy 30 v 11. 1 John 5 v 3the law is not grevious mean while paul and Peter call the law bondage and slavery they were both wrong..Alll student of the bible must read what God commands us to do out of his own mouth and obey it and you will never go wrong.. Here's the question when God gives the laws and says in Exodus 12 v 14 to keep the law forever and through out your generations . What does it mean to you ? Don't give your perspective on this subject give us the facts . Paul taught a faith based doctrine only which is the opposite of what he believed as a pharisee which is also wrong which is why James , brother of Jesus attacked it in the book of James 2 v 14.

Could it be there's talking about the law of the curses of Deuteronomy chapter 28 chapter 34 and the added Covenant of Deuteronomy 29:1 which is called the book of the law with Paul refers to which was stuck in the side of the Ark and the law of the curses is no longer our Guardian because Jesus became a curse for us curse it is every man that hangeth on a tree could it be that simple? That it would keep Israel doing the law until Jesus came or they would be cursed if there was no curse they would have just walked away and never came back

in this teaching 119 ministries states the following at 47:37: That being under the law means being under the dominion of sin. So let's rephrase the verse with this understanding: Gal 4:21 Tell me, ye that desire to be under the [dominion of sin], do ye not hear the law? Hmm.. Does this make sense? No it does not. As you continue reading the text in Gal 4, you see that he is talking about the law. Trying to change what Paul wrote to suit your doctrine is not appropriate. Paul wrote the phrase " under the law", not "under the dominion of sin" as you state. Nor did Paul write "under the laws penalty". Let's rephrase again: Gal 4:21 Tell me, ye that desire to be under the [law's penalty], do ye not hear the law? You are trying to state that Paul wrote something that he simply did not write. Also, the covenant that Sarah represents is the covenant that Christ made with the Father. The covenant that God made with himself with Abraham in a deep sleep is a figure of this covenant. Since Christ was the lamb slain before the foundation, you are correct that it predated, but predated in the sense of eternity. But the covenant Sarah is figure of, is clearly the covenant Christ made with the Father at the cross. Do you know the difference between a covenant and an promise? A covenant requires BOTH parties to participate. A promise is only based on ONE party and the other party can rest in the actions of the one party that made the promise. God made a covenant with himself and gave a promise. So we rest in his promises. In like fashion, inheritance as a child is by promise, not performance or obligation as in a covenant. Again, God promised to Abraham by God making a covenant with himself. Abraham was not part of the covenant, but only a recipient of the PROMISE. Lastly, Throughout Gal 3 and 4, Paul is discussing the Law. I think we would both agree on that. So why do you think he took a detour for 3 verses to something entirely different and then came back to discussing the law? You are trying to convince people that the Galatians are struggling so much with the law of God that everyone has to adhered to it or they are not saved, then you indicate that are struggling with pagan practices. Which is it? Paul is still talking about the same subject.

You do the same thing that all false teachers and cults do. You cherry pick verses out of context, then assume things to create your own so that you can claim they’re in context, jumping back and forth and back and forth, like taking Romans 7:12 out of context, instead reading the rest of Romans to see we’re not under the law but are made righteous through faith like Abraham, who did not have the Torah. You never read from start to finish because it would destroy your claims. We do not get Torah Observance if we read Romans and Galatians (and Hebrews for that matter) from start to finish. Curious you left out Galatians 2:15-21 which says we aren’t justified by works of the law but faith in Christ because we died to the law and that if righteousness comes through the law then it nullifies grace and Christ died needlessly, drawing a sharp distinction between obeying the law and faith in Christ. You also left out the extremely important Galatians 3:1-9, I suspect because it also destroys your argument. Stop teaching falsely. Practice what you preach and teach the whole word of God, not this cherry picked stuff that you interpret through a lense of assumed and redefined words. The “sect” in Acts 15 were Pharisees which were in fact known for following human traditions but they were not claiming membership in their sect or following human traditions, the text flat out says circumcision and the “law of Moses” which is Torah, and Peter responds by saying that’s a yoke of slavery neither them or their forefathers could bear. They and their forefathers were in the sect of the Pharisees? No, he’s talking about the Law of Moses! The fact is, you along with all others who believe in Torah observance do the same thing, you cherry pick verses and redefine words, never reading completely through anything, because if you did, it would refute your position. I’ve seen a guy use these same tactics to make the case that we’re supposed to be perfectly sinless, by redefining what “lawlessness,” is, rip a bunch of stuff from 1 John out of context, and verse jumping around. People can protect themselves from false teachings like these by simply reading their Bible through and through.
