@@brianhykes2862 That's very funny. I think another way of looking at it is the gun is inverted like in TENET, so effect comes before cause. It establishes the effect that "Your target has been shot", which makes the cause of "You fired the Omnigun" to be true. That why it can't miss, because it already hit the moment before you fired it.

Basically yes. One of HA mods is called "paracausal mod", and in it's description its called that when it first was used on battlefield, one weird thing jumped out after assessing combat statistics: everyone who used those new experimental ammo confirmed 100% hit rate. Think of it as those temporal bullets from TENET: they don't just shoot target, they make it so it was hit regardless of all possible interferences. And omnigun isn't just a mag full of experimental ammo, it's an entire gun pulled out from somewhere else which does that.

DM'S GUIDE TO HORUS MECHS: PEGASUS Let's just open by saying that, no, I have no idea what the connection could be between this abomination and the D&D pegasus, either. D&D's pegasus is pretty much identical to the mythological Greek version apart from not being unique -- it's a horse what can fly. Pegasi in D&D are intelligent but not properly sapient (at least not usually, your setting may vary), and are pretty much universally Chaotic Good (if you believe in the alignment system). They share a lot of traits with the other classic Horse Plus "monster", the unicorn, in that they can detect whether people are Good or Evil and will pretty much only contribute to Good heroes and causes. Pegasi are a common sight in a lot of fantasy settings as mounts for Guys Who Are Generally Good And Also Kick Ass -- D&D has plenty, of course, but you'll also see them in Warhammer Fantasy (though whether a Bretonnian knight is Good or not is entirely a case-by-case question) and in Fire Emblem (where they borrow another page from the unicorn's book and are almost exclusively ridden by women). Whether they are outright divine creatures or simply kickass animals varies depending on who you ask. Whether they mount reality-breaking artillery is, as far as I can tell, always a no.

I just built a Pegasus for our campaign and been playing with probability. It's changed since this video; you no longer swap the numbers, you just use them, but you can use one of them repeatedly. My DM ruled that I cannot use it for two rounds, however. The rule states "This Reaction can be used no more than two times before the stat of your next turn." I interpret this as, I cannot delay my turn next round to mess with others, but I can absolutely use those reactions when I start my turn for my own rolls (and I better, as they will evaporate when that turn ends). and yes, I'm trying to back-door sneak a rules clarification into this KZbin video comment section. Thoughts, anyone?
