I was a huge Jason and Sam fan from way back; and when Steve returned to the role; there was something that simply wasn't there anymore. He and Kelly had lost that chemistry that they had prior to him leaving the show. I wasn't a fan of her with Drew because she was trying too hard to fit into something that wasn't her; and it just seemed more cringy to me to watch her as this business woman when she clearly wasn't comfortable with it. I am all for this shift in the story line, it gives both the characters opportunities to have their own story-line and opportunities for character development. I don't think Sam is wrong in this instance; I mean, she has always been on the fence about the kids being raised around the violence. She felt that way with Sonny and Carly's kids back when Michael "killed" Aj; she had a lot of involvement with Michael's story line but it always appeared like she was brought into the violence for the sole purpose of defending her friends and family, it was never something that she enjoyed or went and looked for it. She has had a front seat show of how deadly and dangerous it is having the kids around that kind of life and I don't think she is wrong for wanting to walk away now that she has children of her own.

Gotta love it... Sam's FATHER plants a bomb at the Floating Rib, and Sam responds by kicking her husband out. Not that the decision was wrong, but the reasoning was.

Jason has always felt that every person should get to make their own choices regardless of how he feels or how it affects him!? Because of how he was treated when he was first "born" and he hates having his choices made for him like the Q's or Robin did! He also doesn't dwell on this emotionally! Going all the way back to Carly because she hurt him deeply and he said he would never let her do that again so they remain just friends! If his partner makes a choice he accepts it and just walks away! Unless the partner fights first for him ie. Elizabeth and Sam then he will open up and return to the relationship! The only times he walked away first was with Liz in 2008 after the kidnapping of Jake and when Sam was shot! Michael is the same way he emotionally shuts down and doesn't look back, he just walks away the way he did with Sasha!

I only watch because I love Jasam !! For those who say there isn’t any chemistry between them ... I don’t know what you’re watching because there’s still a strong chemistry between them . I hate that they haven’t had their happy moment together since he returned. To GH . I’m so disappointed in the way the writers are taking this story and others . And l hate that Lulu is in a coma especially since Dante came back . I’m over GH If they break up Sam and Jason for good .. I’m done !!!

Sorry I fell no petty for Sam or for Jason when you bring a kid into the family you have to know that there safety comes before you but Sam and Jason never thought about that I remember when Drew was shot and it was because of Sonny just like Jason But Drew got out of the mob business and started one of his own and if Sam did not want to work there she did not have to but once Jason came back in the picture Sam but her kids in 2 place and now she realizes that being with Jason was not the best thing but in my own opinion Drew was the one that was there for his kids not Jason I hope Drew do come back but they put him with someone else not Sam she had her chance with Drew and threw it away when she was with Drew she never went to prison like she did with Jason and lost that time away from her kids
