SIZING
For reference, I am 160cm or 5'3. I wear an AU 6, XS. EU 34 and US 0 (I take one size down in US sizing). I am more pear shaped and often need to size up one size for pants for it to fit well at the hip. For jeans I am usually a W26.

I definitely do that tip of styling 'regret' pieces. I find that unless it was a complete fail (ex. it's uncomfortable to wear), I can usually always find a way to wear that I'm happy with, even if I still don't wear it that often. After all, I liked it enough to buy it, so there's usually still something about it I like.

Absolutely! I also find my preference to change frequently, so even if I did regret it, I might change my mind after a season or two and fall back in love with the item :)

I especially like the one of styling some of my more dressy items, like your bow-tie blouse, with more casual items (I love the outfits you put together). Such interesting tips! Got lots of great ideas and now I'm really itching to try them, especially now that spring is around the corner 😍 changing up accent pieces, mixing more than one statement are things I haven't really thought about but will love to try. I've actually challaneged myself to try and style more of the clothes that I have't worn as much before, eg bright blue jacket from Sézane. I got the bigger size so it'd be more comfy and so that I could layer under without it restricting my movement, but I haven't worn it so much probably because of this.. so I'm excited to try some of these tips 😁

Great tips! I also love using a capsule wardrobe from time to time or I like to choose 2 colours and see how many outfits I can make with just those colours. Like you said it forces you to make more combinations you wouldn't normally make, and a lot of times the results are so fun!

Thank you for another insightful video! If you don’t mind me asking, why did you regret purchasing the CoH jeans? I remember you mentioned in your jeans review video that these CoH jeans are very high quality jeans & they seem to be quite similar to your Arket barrel jeans. Thanks!

I actually waited so so long to purchase these jeans (they ended up in the sales for about 25% of the original price). I found that when actually wearing them, the taper on the bottom is quite dramatic compared to my Arket ones. It has a slightly odd shape imo when worn with flat shoes that I find a little funny looking. I'm only figuring out now that rolling it up lessens that shape I don't like and also wearing it with heels also creates a better proportion :) I'm much more excited to style them now. Hey Amanda! :) How exciting, hope you're loving NZ. I've visited a few times and it's such a wonderful country. I love Marle, I find it to be better for taller ladies but the fabrics and quality look great. I sometimes browse Seed but don't come across too much. Kowtow is a cool one if you like the COS aesthetic. They're quite dramatic but also have great ethical/sustainable initiatives. My favourite Australian brand is probably Lee Mathews (premium but I wait around for sales etc). Thank you for watching xx
