You ignored one of the rarest prototype cars of all time at 3:50. That Toyota MR2 222D was supposed to go against Audi's RS002 and Lancia's ECV in Group S in 1987, but Group B was eventually banned in 1986, while Group S was scrapped as a class altogether. There are only 2 prototypes in existence, the black one shown here belongs to Toyota Motorsport GmbH in Cologne and the white one is at Toyota Mega Showroom in Tokyo.
