When she became a vampire it was at a time when she was depowered. Scarlet Witch did the whole “No more mutants” thing, so your statement about her also being pyrotechnic makes no sense! The “special suit” she wore is something she had when she lost her powers. She doesn’t wear that anymore. She can’t fly, her suit can. And she doesn’t wear it anymore. Hypnotize people? Can turn people into vampires? ALL VAMPIRES CAN DO THAT! Also forgot to mention that she isn’t a vampire anymore. She got turned back and her mutant pyrotechnic power restored. Your research department isn’t very good.

I used to see her as a feeble mascot of the cartoon as well but When I found out her powers can basically be trained all the way to Nuclear explosions, I was won over.

I think the reason most of fans think she is weak is because she was still young at a time she joined the X-Men TAS. She lacked fighting experience, and the show treated her as a kid (under 18 YO). That's how people registered her image as a kid who always stays at home when the team is out for mission. And in the comic, she was always the one who was kidnapped, depowered, turned vampire. She was a victim in many big events. Even though, she has been portrayed as a strong character in the comic nowadays like the walking nuke one. (We knew this since Emma told her in Generation X like in the 90's but the comic just gave an opportunity to her to use this power in like 20 years later LOL) But I think it will take so much times until we have a new image about Jubes that she is really one of the strong X-Men members. To be clear, I have been always her big fan since the 90's and I always wish the X-Men franchise (comics, animations, or movies) to give her a major role and utilize her potential more than what franchise using her in the past 20 years.

1. jubilee is pyrokinetic & can be more powerful, if she connects with outside plasma, fire, or sunlight... and then manipulate the intensity. 2. jubilee is also a confirmed low-level telepath, which writers for decades, failed to fully explore. like gambit & dazzler she alter the minds & enhance the control with her plasmoids, if she wanted.

Hm... Would explain why 10000000 Sentinels barely detected her in TAS Final Decision . First Sentinel tripped and she landed a water tank , then another one tripped and pored oil on it until finally one trapped her with a cable sneaking up behind her . She was barely detected while most went after Rogue Storm Magneto Professor X Gambit and Wolverine .

Your analysis of Jubilee's power set is deeply flawed. You clearly didn't read the source material. Jubilee never had her mutant powers and vampire powers at the same time. She lost her mutant powers along with most mutants on "M-Day" when Scarlett Witch said "No more mutants." That was before she got turned into a vampire. When Quentin Quire used his last bit of the Phoenix Force energy he had gained to restore Jubilee to her original mutant state he eliminated the curse of vampirism along with all its powers, so she no longer has the power to hypnotizes people or control wolves. While she was allowed to keep the power suit created by Night Thrasher after her brief stint as "Wondra" - a member of the New Warriors - she was never seen wearing it afterward, despite the obvious advantages of doing so (super strength, intangibility and flight). Finally she is not "immune to telepaths." She possesses the ability to passively evade telepathic searches, but is not immune to direct telepathic attacks (though she has the same training to resist telepaths that Prof. X gave all the X-Men).
