here's a few suggestions for treating sciatica at home : Try Chiropractor Spinal Adjustments. Use Yoga and Stretching. Use Acupuncture or Massage Therapy. Don't site for Long Periods, keep Moving! Try Heat Pads. (I discovered these and the reasons they work from Zavrins Back Guide site )

Great video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

I developed lower arthritis in my spine and hips a year ago. So painful it would wake me from my sleep. I've been doing this routine for a year. Almost a little pain at times, but all I have to do is stretch and wow I'm better. No pain meds at all. I am so grateful, sending you Blessings.

I am super not flexible for some reason, and I have been frustrated countless times in my life when I try to follow instructions for a stretch but I just CAN'T do it. Stretches like this that have a range where I can "make it my own" like you said are a lifesaver. Bless you both!

I was diagnosed with the beginning stages of arthritis on my back. I get random pain in my lower back that sometimes makes it difficult to walk, sit, or get comfortable trying to lay down. Doing this really helped alíviate the tension I felt in my lower back. I feel so relaxed after feeling discomfort for almost an entire day.

this was easily the Greatest informative and fun stretching video I’ve done without pausing or skipping ahead. I’m 6”5 and lean. hip and back issues from multiple motorcycle crashes but for two years to date I’ve been stretching before bed and I couldn’t find a channel that is as focused on the movements I tend to do more then others. People who wonder if it works??? Yes it does work!! Believe me these strechs helped me a lot. I could stand and run with my two inches long heels for at least 5 hours. I didn't feel a thing.. neither had any pain in my legs the next day!!

Is my lower back too far gone? Read the comments and had great expectations. The instructors made things simple to follow and were great motivators. BUT I couldn’t do a few of the stretches (I know…make them your own, but pain is a cruel master), and more importantly, I was having spasms and crawling for a cushy chair after I passed the half way point. Feel worse than when I started. Very happy this helps people, just wish I were one of them.
