That's great. I am going to add some weight training in there too. Do you find that jumping on the ground aggravates your condition or is it ok in moderation?

I've been rebounding for over ten years with Osteoporosis. Sadly rebounding didn't help me build bone, but there are so many other benefits to keep me doing it forever! Thank you Linda- hope you have more rebounding videos this year🥰

Ah, that's good to know. So you measured the amount of bone or the bone density? With Dexa scans? Can you jump on the floor without a rebounder? I do believe that this would compact the bone more than on the rebounder. Also, a lot of research shows hrt can really help prevent bone loss.

@@Barlatesbodyblitz Yes I've done all of those things. The only thing that helped me gain density was a drug called Tymlos.
