This is best lower back exercise I’ve ever done. Also my shoulder seems to be getting better. Pelvic tilt is a game changer! I do this exercise every other day. Absolutely amazing 🤩

I’m following you and I love to see your exercises but I want task a question before trying them. I have two lower back operations and have a metal implant , since myI can’t bend my back, I don’t know if it is safe to exercise. What is your suggestion?
