The most brutal of your workouts I’ve ever done! I won’t say I loved it, it was painful, but I’m sure it will get easier once I’ve done it a few times 😅

I noticed you get off the mat or it lifts up on you. Have you looked at a gorilla mat? I have one I use, mostly for yoga cause I'm a little too tall for standard yoga mats. But think it would be great for you. Btw, I have no affiliation , just think u might like it.
