I started the March 2020 calendar so I just finished the 3rd. I prefer queuing up the videos back to back and running it down. That's why I've stuck with her for so many years. I am staying in and working out everyday. I've had a lot of work stress, health stress and this has been the opportunity to stay home and garden, workout, read and play music. My body has needed it.

Just want to put a little thank you here, I'm a teen and I don't care about my body image, but I don't feel good. I find that everytime I've tried to do an at home workout video I always end up being super upset by the end of it because I'm ashamed of my inability to exercise because of how little I do it. I have watched your shorts occasionally but decided to check out your workout videos today and I don't regret a thing. I felt so empowered and when I needed breaks I didn't feel ashamed. I enjoyed it and your upbeat attitude and admitting that you, too are exhausted makes me feel so much more welcome. I'm doing the beginners calender lol and I'm on day 19/20 idk I've lost track actually and I can't remember the day from the calender which I checked earlier but anyway I did the PIIT28 and this work out which I FINISHED!!!!(Still hate cardio) but I am super proud of myself and I definently wouldn't have been able to do a single move 2 weeks ago if it wasn't for Cassey, especially something that includes cardio😂 Keep going guys you got this I promise AND even if you're not new to working out I think it's best that you still start with the beginners calender so you don't push yourself too much, I'm not new to working out but I haven't been consistent in the past couple of months so I am out of shape so gradually easing back into a workout routine like this actually really helps. Remember "one step at a time, there's no need to rush, its like learning to fight or falling in love" yes go listen to that song right now...well after you finish your workouts for the day😂

Update: I lost 30 lbs, I still wanna lose 10 more. It took me a lot of trial and error and looking in the mirror and crying but it would seem that eating healthy had the biggest impact on my weight loss, as well as getting sick and having surgery. My doctors warned me about gaining weight after the surgery but I lost a lot of pounds after that. I actually started losing weight after I stopped doing Pilates. They are a really effective way to work out but that type of daily routine is just too intense for me. Slow, daily yoga, and consistent change in my diet made the biggest difference. But, if it weren’t for this channel, I never would have been introduced to the health and fitness side of KZbin, and i am forever grateful for all this channel does. I think I might do this workout soon though lol I definitely don’t do enough cardio still.

I’ve been really insecure about myself lately... It is hard to be in quarantine because I get to see all my flaws. Moreover I’m 19 and I noticed I’m starting to get cellulite and I feel bad and I don’t know what to do to reduce it. I know it’s something a lot of women struggle with but it’s new for me and I don’t know how to accept it. I’m writing this because I feel like Cassey’s channel is such a safe place to voice our thoughts and concerns. Thank you so much Cassey for bringing a little joy to me and making me feel a little less insecure. You’re a huge inspiration❤️

I have cellulite since I was 15, so I really understand you! After over 10 years I finally started getting rid of it - drink lots of water, eat clean, exercise and massage your legs/butt from time to time - it should get less visible in no time :D But I think it can be impossible to completely get rid of it as it's also genetics. Still, if we can make it less visible, then we should try, right?

@@heyitsfotini2344 I've used the hard brush and dry-massaged my legs with it. I don't know if brushes like that are available in your country but they were really cheap here in the normal drugstore, I think they're called "bath brush" but we use them in Poland to do a dry massage before the bath and it works like a charm :D You can massage your whole body with it, just be gentle! Oh, and you should massage your legs ONLY upwards - to help the blood flow to your heart, not the other way

I really like this series of videos. I feel like 1:30 for each move is a good lenght, as you have the time to do them properly (the 45-50 seconds we usually get are a bit short for me) but I loathe doing the same move for more the 2mn. Also, these moves are pretty effective but they aren't the 'curse while you struggle' kind of moves. All in all, these workouts are pretty relaxing and you still feel like you exercised properly. That's great! Thank you for these!

I didn't really do 12 full minutes. But I did do 30 seconds each move plus the 30 seconds of the pulses of each move.. so a minute each one. Which is ALWAYS better than nothing. ❤️

@@TheYazmanian I been dabbling with others and I find her is harder tbh lol. Definitely not beginners level it's like in-between. I used to do ALL her videos every day but I stopped cuz life happened.. and I'm getting back into it but I noticed I don't need to do every thing exactly like she does it, as long as I feel it and I do at least 20 minutes a day I think thatl be fine lol, and adding weights helps tremendously when you can add them in. I've been using weights every day so far( besides Sundays I take that day off )

That was my first full blown cardio workout since my Laterget shoulder procedure in Feb. I had to modify some moves because I still don't have full range of motion on my arm, but I certainly killed the legs! Thanks Cassey!

This one was my VERY FIRST workout for this month... I never knew I could sweat this much in just 12 minutes! 😳 My legs felt like jello after the 3rd workout! Lol. I can't wait to start feeling like I'm in better shape & to see the results at the end of this month for my birthday!!! (November 28th) Hopefully next week this workout won't be so hard for me to keep up with haha. But I did it, and it was a great start! 👍🏻

Well today is the 1st of August and also the first day of working out after beating COVID-19! I can say that I definitely feel weaker. I’ve done this workout in the past and was able to keep up. Today I took breaks and had to modify. I still got a great workout. I realized that following the August 2020 workout calendar will be a lot harder than expected.

Thank you for low impact cardio. It feels great. I've had 2 knee surgeries and my ortho doesn't want me running and jumping anymore. But I felt I was with this workout!

Hi Cassie! I don’t know if you read every comment but I’ve been a subscriber for about 2 weeks now. I’m loving the workouts and appreciate your energy and encouragement with each one. Also with this week I have included my kids in some of the cardio workouts and they really enjoyed it. Thank you!!
