This workout is SUPER effective it's too good to be true. It's low impact, and I have been bloating for days bc of Christmas meals and it's been 2 days now and my stomach is back to its original shape. As someone who bloats to five times my size after eating any kind of food, this workout is a blessing. Usually when I get bloated it stays for AT LEAST a week, making me feel crappy the whole time. But yesterday, I tried this routine paired with another 5-minute video and immediately after the heavy bloated feeling lessened. This morning, my bloat is completely gone in a way that it has never done overnight! Thank you so much, I will definitely be using this routine many more times!

Bloating just happens y’all. No matter what you eat and drink or how you do it. It simply just happens. You can’t do anything abt it. For example I just ate a salad and a smoothie both very nutritious, low salt, low carbs and sugar but I’m still bloated cause of the vegetables. Yes the severity of the bloating can obviously differ just know that it’s normal and nothing to be ashamed of.

I agree bloating is totally just a normal body thing and shame shouldn't be attached! But for someone with IBS and digestive issues it gets really painful when I don't listen to my body and incorporate enough movement into my day. So I really liked this routine for that approach.

@@halieransom ofc! Bloating is uncomfortable for ANYONE, and if we can find ways to prevent it such as excersise or balancing our food choices, then we obv will. Omg bro the fact that this girl talks to the camera, even tho it might feel a bit weird for her she still does it, so it makes it more fun for us. Cause like, I’m an introvert but I love interacting online and if this girl wasn’t talking it would’ve felt like those silent Uber drives where I feel like having a heart attack. But huge tip, if you do a workout sometime before this, it could’ve been yesterday or a few hours ago, don’t do the exercise, especially if your body is still sore. This was really painful but helped a lot, next time, I’ll do it before any of my workouts ;-; unless I’m just being week and even if you do a workout before this it doesn’t hurt, Tysm Casey, your the best, I don’t know how I’d still be a little in shape without you

This is probably one of my favorite videos! It's quick, but it never leaves me feeling like I'm going to throw up or pass out because of the intensity. The slow moves really help me to concentrate on my body and it really has helped me feel more energized and my body is just happy! Also just wanted to add that I had never been to trader joes before but with this video, I got obsessed bc I wanted to try the strawberry oat ice cream hahaha no turning back now! Love being able to feel good in my body and have some yummy ice cream to go along with it :)

I was so discouraged for a bit because before the Rona, I was so active and worked out everyday, now I get tired with taking a short walk around the block because Covid ravaged my lungs. I would LOVE some more slow cardio like this. When I'm injured, sick, or feeling lazy these are perfect. I love the fast ones too but Alot of the time I can't get motivated to finish them, or they're hard on my joints (because if I'm going to do it, I want to keep up). These ones I always finish. Thank you so much Cassey. I was absolutely feeling icky and demotivated. Being bloated always seems to rob me of my energy levels too so I really was not fancying any hiit or resistance training today. The length and intensity of this was perfect. I can now start my day with a happier mindset, rather than blaming my bloating for lack of productivity! Just in time for Thanksgiving!!! My favorite indulgent food is buckeyes (peanut butter coated in chocolate - soooo good)!

I was amazed this actually made a difference! My bloating is caused by trapped air from breathing in an incorrect posture & also due to enlarged liver. I breathe in and air gets pushed down and stuck in my lower gut. This series of moves actually smoothed out my bloated lower belly. Thak you!!
