ഞാൻ എന്നും പാർക്കിലാണ് യോഗ ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഏകദേശ 30,40 പേർ ഉണ്ടാവും. ഗുരുജി തമിഴിൽ പറയുന്നതിനാൽ വ്യക്തമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയാറില്ല. മോള് നന്നായി പറയുന്നു. ദൈവാനുഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ ❤

Hi Asha , all your yoga sessions are very good, easy to follow as well . Would you able to start a one month program that includes warm up , 12 sun salutation , few asanas then relaxation. If possible it would be beneficial for people like me who is trying to lose weight. Thank you so much…

Yes I practiced that as well, that was one of my initial practices. Now I am able to do 12 sets of sun salutations , but still need more practice. Not perfect yet … Thanks for the reply…

Always better to do it along with asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation..if you don't have enough time, you can atleast do this daily 🙏🏻
