Hi Amy, I love your lunch videos so thank you for uploading them! I have a question though and it is just because I am curious. Do you plan out all the lunches and snacks in advance (I know generally he enjoys the same sandwich so not much planning needed for that!) and does the previous nights blood sugar levels affect what you give him for lunch for school that day?

We buy the Smucker's natural creamy peanut butter. It's amazing!!! It took a little while to get use to but now we love it.

Why not try some cold pasta salad, layered wraps, tacos, and more variety? It seems like he eats a sandwich or something close to that everyday :/

He eats hot lunch 1-2 times per week which mixes things up but pasta and tacos are a dinner item for us. I do send pasta rarely but it drops and then spikes his blood sugar really bad. He has type 1 diabetes.

+dreamflight6000 oh I see, yeah I know he has type one but didn't know those different foods would cause spikes in his glucose level. It's nice he gets to eat lunch at school on occasion :)

+LineghieTheGeek Go watch some of Amy's other lunch videos, his lunches are usually more varied. I love all of her ideas! Although he's getting a sandwich, it's still healthy so not a big deal I think.
