You have so much variety. My kids eat the same thing everyday maybe I should switch it up sometimes!? I do sunflower butter mix flaxseed, chia and hemp with maple syrup on a bread ( they only get a half) organic yogurt strip, Clementine and goldfish

I am a type one and I have great school lunches because of this! Can you make a video with all gluten free because I do have to eat gluten free and struggle finding good lunch

+ewilson8511 I've been throwing in a chocolate treat everyday lately. I can only imagine what people are thinking. 😂 The majority of the world thinks type 1's can't eat sugar.

Amy do you take your uncrusteables out of freezer morning of and they thaw by lunch or what do you do?

So the food stays hot until lunch? Or warm even?

+mommywhite2010 Yes! I put hot water in them and then dump it out.. Put in the hot food and it stays perfect until lunch. Pretty cool. I tested it out a number of times with my husband first before I sent it with the kids because I was skeptical. 😂

Is there a number of carbs you like to stay around per meal or does it not matter?

+LunaBelleBunny No. It's just whatever it ends up being. If I knows he's going to have a test in the morning, we eat a certain breakfast but other than that... It's just whatever. Good question!

Meatballs are a great idea - I've been sending them more often lately, they seem to hold up well. Just wondering why you are counting carbs? Is it related to diabetes / or a health reason of some sort?
