There's this climbing maneuver where you essentially put one leg up with the knee bent and then stand up until said leg is underneath you. But yeah, that's how I get out of a swimming pool

When my coach tells me to get out of the pool to practice diving I do this thing where I swim directly into the wall and when my hands touch the wall I just grip the edge and get out "take me out coach" style without the lying down and rolling around.

How I get out of the pool is to use my two arms and push myself up at the edge or curve. Since the water weighs me down and I’m weak asf, I pull myself forward to add in the weight at the front and when there’s enough weight, I splat myself on the floor aka face plant aka idk. That’s how I usually do things...
