Verbs to Nouns for Persuasion (Episode 80 with Jonah Berger): - Turning verbs into nouns enhances persuasive impact. - Example: Instead of asking people to vote, ask them to become a voter. - Rephrasing messages can increase the likelihood of positive responses. 2. Be Interested, Not Interesting (Episode 89 with Rachel Greenwald): - Reduce small talk pressure by being curious and asking questions. - Start conversations with observations to create familiarity. - Effective for initiating meaningful interactions and connections. 3.
