Mam sorry to say but u are very toxic . I mean are u even a professional . Because an expert will say ke there is no such thing as diet plan . And your marketing strategy is superb. You attract your audience by saying Mahene mai etna kam hogaye ga ye aur vo. You don’t provide healthy approach towards fitness. Never have I heard from u to embrace the journey of fitness and that us being overweight is due to our lifestyle. And there are small steps we need to take to be healthy .
