This is amazing, great video. How do you attach the steel walls to the slab? I see the rebar sticking out of the slab but not how it's used to attach the steel walls.

Thanks for the support! The connection detail will vary on engineering requirements and other build details, but we used Simpson HTT4 holdowns with HD Titen Screws on this build.

Can this steel system be combined with an ICF outside wall system?

Hi Ralph, Yes. We've produced frames for our clients that are building on ICF stem walls, basements, pier and beam foundations, concrete slabs, and many other foundation systems. Our frames can be designed within 2mm of tolerance so as long as we receive accurate dimensions, we will design and produce the framing to match. Hope this helps!

The reason it's difficult to list pricing online is the same house design can be priced lower if the client is local to us in Texas with 2x4 walls, but up to 35% higher if we're working with a client in Miami, FL or up at altitude in CO with heavier gauge 2x6 walls. The local loads and building requirements have an impact on the gauges of steel we need to use for our clients which dictates the final amount of material in the project.
