Thank you for this EXCELLENT and VERY HELPFUL demo. What model Strat and what model Les Paul are you using in this video and what pickups were in them when you made this? I ask because you're getting FANTASTIC sounds. I'm reeeeeeally interested in getting a 333XL Infinium now because of your demo. THANK YOU.

Hi Johnnywomack548! Thank you for your kind comment. Both guitars are stock. The Strat is a 1997 American Standard (with a changed pickguard for appearance). The Les Paul is a 2013 Signature T with '57 classics. There is no use of its coil splitting features in this video. Pickup height and choice of speaker cabinet are 2 important factors in guitar sound. For humbuckers, I often times lower the bass side of the neck pickup for better clarity. If you haven't experimented with different speaker cabs, I suggest to do so. You may be very surprised at the comparative differences - even with 'identical' cabs.

Thank you for posting this. Because of your video I've decided to purchase this amp. Why? Because you're the only person who actually plugged in a stock strat and a stock LP. Every other video is showcasing the amp as a pure high gain metal amp. Also, you weren't running direct through a load box and some IR loaded in Pro Tools, or some other DAW. Nothing wrong with that, I record the very same way. But your video let us hear exactly what the amp sounds like plugged straight in with no help from any plugins whatsoever. And it sounds great. Anyways, just wanted to thank you for taking the time to put this on You Tube. Also, just wanted to let you know, your cabinet is a 240 watt cab, it cant take the full power of your 120 watt amp, if you were to turn it up one day. You see, the Vintage 30 speaker isn't actually 30 watts, it's 60 watts, I know, it's confusing. So, 4x60=240. But don't just trust me, look it up. Cheers!

One year ago I bought the Redid RD 100 in brown (more like a deep wine) based on your review of your Surfer Green model. WOW! It’s an amazing guitar. Only thing I did to it was a string change (the originals were pretty decent) and intonating the G & B string. How are you enjoying your Redid? Stay well!🥁🎸👍

Hi Dennis! Glad to hear you enjoy the guitar as such enjoyment makes playing fun! I have mine ready to play daily.

Yeah, these would be great if a large number of them didn't break and/or burst into flame in the first few months of use! Not a feature I want in any amp!
