This is a brilliant design and build: you really demonstrate how to make the most of everything in a super impressive way. Two decades ago, a neighbour showed me the basics of welding: it remains the most useful 20 minutes of my life. Welding opens up so many possibilities, and best of all it often allows you to use "scrap" materials to make brilliant and useful things. The very best of luck to you, thank you for the video!

They slit stirer, I mean a polyphone tubes that the use of the swimming pool and they put it around a 5 gallon pail, so it makes a nice cushion.You can sit on when you go to the bathroom

I wanna sit on cold steel 😂 yeah those pool noodle bucket covers look comfy maybe ill make a thick felted cushion to go around the horseshoe hole, i have to weld something around or under the hold because the metal grate is not thick enough to bear stepping weight longterm without a stronger border that hems up the connections around the edge

Your ingenuity is (as always) amazing! Just wondering how you deal with damp/mould and mildew on the fabric? With camping (in the UK) it's hard to make sure to dry things out so they don't get mould on them if you camp a lot in damp weather. Or maybe the weather is different there and it isn't a problem

Anti-rust product Corroseal. 1qt Amazon $30. Converts rust to magnetite, a form of austentite -steel or something like that (memory of elder). Tiny containers have been seen. Home Depot, Lowe’s, auto parts also sourced. Auto restoration folks use it for viable restoration. Your right also about bicycle parts. Materials chosen are for profitable ops. Headset bearings will rust away in weather even if serviced. Regardless, you’ve already solved that. Now about that welder. I need one, how?

ive been fabricating for 25 years. I think you're doing an excellent job given what you have at hand. i just wish i lived closer Australia is to far . also stainless is a bitch to work with in sheet metal form you would need a tig welder also heating it makes it more brittle and prone to cracking

Ill have to use thicker plate ss than thin sheet so be easier hopefully and i dont mind the welds will rust ill make the inside line small and outside larger so very little rust/water contact plus thats just iron for my pores’ diet

Use Rebar, insert small Rebar and then weld it all together. Use that on the inside of the the tubing, and then you can tackle it from the outside in or you could fill up that tube with epoxy and then put a threaded rod down the tube. With the apocalypse and use bolts to hold everything on just a thought

If im breeding 3 ewes for year round milk at higher levels for more trade ablility its nothing at times and that the plan is to maintain that. When i just have 2 ewes to stagger in milk the quantity is perfect for my needs but little excess for bartering the other aspects of a well rounded diet. As soon as im done fixing the wagon awning for winter weatherproof i will head out for first time since fridge to find mire farms to worktrade for the other aspects
