what the heck is that tube and filter coming off the air box going to the crank case I believe?

The metal one? Intake manifold. Rubber one? Breather

@@RayofallTrades must be the breather thing. It's rubber and coming off the air intake box/filter. It goes into the air box with a nut. Makes zero sense to me. Must be Chinese silliness.

Ran great the first couple of weeks then all of a sudden would crank but not start, changed carburetor and it ran great for a day now today won’t start again

If it has spark, then make sure gas is good. (If ethanol fuel, then not more than 30 days old gas)

Hi come across your video did everything like you did except I put all new spark plugs I bought the whole kit for 25.00 carburetor spark plugs the CD box all that got it to start one time it rained really loud like I was pushing the gas I cut it off and cannot get it back started any ideas what's wrong

It is usually because the black plastic center part of carburetor was put in backwards (rotated 180 degrees) it fits that way but won't close completely. Check that first and if not, let me know

Usually they are pretty close or even ready to go.

I have a 110cc that died and would not start. My son got it to start but it bogged off idle so I brought it home to wrench on it. 125 lbs compression, hot spark and non-ethanol gas. Had the tamper-proof carb. I grooved the float screws, removed the adjustment air/fuel plugs, and rebuilt it. ATV still did not start so I ordered a replacement carb. Replaced with the exact carb you used in this vid and ATV does not even try to start. Same 125 compression, hot spark, and in time. Any ideas?

See if it has spark. Pull plug and crank while plug is grounded. That's the most common failure on those

@@chelsea6258 yes probably the spark is grounded from the control box or alarm. You can bypass if you can identify the kill wire but you would lose parental control

I did the replacement but when I turned on , it did come on but the motor sounds so loud like if I was pressing acceleration? What can it be ?

Probably the center plastic part is backward. Won't let it close.
