So, I could be wrong about this, as I am about most things, but I'm pretty sure this was Anthony paying tribute to Norm Macdonald. Sort of an homage to how Norm went on Bob Saget's roast and did these old timey Catskills jokes that were super soft, and his subverting of the standard roast model was a really hilarious form of meta-comedy, the doing of which was, itself, meta-comedy since Norm was so pure in his comedy. And Moshe kept on inviting Anthony to go, as it were, full Jeselnik and he just refused to and instead gave thoughtful, considered advice. Moshe got that *something* was going on, but didn't quite identify what. Anyway, just a thought. I assure you, I am not high.

Outdoor mask mandates only apply to large crowded settings, and then only in 11 or 12 states. It's okay to take your mask off and eat indoors but not outside in the open air? Strong science Everyone on an airplane simultaneously removes their masks for snack time. Could barely design a better disease vector.

I honestly would call Jeselnik a woke comedian, in the sense that while he’s very ‘offensive’, he is always the target of his own joke - making him essentially PC. I think it’s a misinterpretation of being ‘woke’ to think it needs to include being a polemic. He wouldn’t be so meticulous in his targeting if he didn’t think very very carefully about this stuff.

@@aliciahynes8561 my opinion comes from a single guy without kids that lives alone. Customers are the only people I see on a daily basis. They tend to lock themselves away like most. My experiences with customers on a personal level are 1,000 better without a mask. People have serious trouble trusting a stranger with a mask. PS I bet we vote for the same team ;-) 💚
