You are most definitely correct, but this doesn't prove these individuals aren't citizens. Many are. The issue stems from the fact that they COULD have used a duplicate previous license to prove their citizenship on or before October 1st, 1996. Of all the individuals flagged only one has been called out for doing this. Rewatch the video. Might clear things up for you.

Kari Lake filed a lawsuit I believe in 2020 over this very thing. She got nowhere with the court, which in itself was suspicious considering the evidence. It is strange now right before an election they would work to clean up the rolls. You did hear him say these issues have gone as far back as 1996, right? They registered those people at the DMV/ MVA when they got their licenses. Back then you couldn’t get a drivers license unless you were a citizen. After 9/11 they implemented the “Real ID” laws, to get a real ID you must provide multiple documents as proof of residency, a SS card and birth certificate.

We must demand that our elections quality systems are fully auditable and verifiable. This isn’t hard. You would be amazed at the amount of data the pharmaceutical companies can produce in an audit. Every technician who makes a change must sign. All the measurement and counting systems are digitally uploaded. No transcription errors or fraud and any changes are logged with user credentials.

No, it is Arizona law that requires documentation of citizenship, Arizona residents can still vote in Federal elections without documentation. What they have discovered is that the new laws allowed using a Driver License as proof of citizenship AND the State of Arizona did not require a birth certificate until the late 90's. For example, I got my driver license in the late 70's, and I was not required to show any proof of who I was (I was 16 at the time). In the early 2000's I lost my license at a concert, and when I went to replace it, they said that I would need a birth certificate since my old license had no documentation in their system Anybody who has not provided that since the late 90'a (apparently 98,000 of them) will not be able to vote on Arizona elections , but they will be able to vote in the Federal elections The truly IRONIC thing about this is that the people most affected are probably the ones that voted to require documentation BTW, the original FEAR that non-citizens are voting is completely unsupported with evidence and almost all examples of voter fraud have been people who live in and vote in two states. Usually older, white folks, we used to call them Snowbirds

I am a 70-year-old American citizen and if I read the law correctly, I would NOT have been able to vote under Arizona law. I know this because of what I had to go through to get an enhanced driver’s license despite having my birth certificate and my state drivers license which I have had for decades. When I presented my documents, I was told I had to prove how I got from the name on my birth certificate to the one on my license. As a twice-married-and-divorced woman, this involved contacting the states where I was married and divorced and submitting copies of ALL those documents.

You’d be surprised. Consider a woman who’s been married and maybe divorced once or twice who’s had her current driver’s license number since 1995. Under this law in order to prove her citizenship she will need to provide documentation on how she got from the name on her birth certificate to the name on her driver’s license-ALL the documentation. 🫤

If you'd have paid attention you'd have heard that these voters met the criteria that is LEGAL in every other state, and at the time they registered was legal here, but Arizona added a new law requiring certain documentation that these people did not present since their driver's licenses were not yet up for renewal. Since they meet the federal requirement to vote, the question being asked in court is are these people allowed to vote for federal elections or federal and local. Once these people are identified, all they'll need to do is submit the required documentation and then they will be allowed to vote locally as well as federally.

The Dem's sued to stop States from being able to ask / validate Citizenship for the right to register and vote federally. It's not, but it feels good for them to say it's corruption instead of it's a computer error. It's also convenient for them to disregard that this computer error "benefited" their candidate who still lost. Regardless this does not prove that the people on that list are not citizens. It just means that they COULD have used their previous (duplicate) license to prove their citizenship. As mentioned, only one person on that list has been flagged as doing this.
