Important to know. There is one more thing to add to your list. Sodium bicarbonate is the best treatment I have ever used for my breathing issues. Baking soda saved my life when I got pneumonia from Covid 19. I was coughing so bad, and my sinuses were completely clogged. I was so scared of going to the hospital because of the pandemic. So I thought I would go to the pharmacy and get some nasal spray. But then I remembered that the more you use nasal spray the faster you get clogged back up. So I thought about making my own nasal spray and I checked for a list of ingredients to make it, but I didn’t have any distilled water. So I thought about what I could do. Then I remembered that my dad was using a dry powder inhaler for his COPD. So at that moment my thought switched from salt to sodium bicarbonate because the fine granules would be easy to breathe in. So I went to my cabinet and grabbed my arm and hammer baking soda, and I put some in the palm of my hand. Then I started with a small pinch of baking soda between my index finger and thumb. Then I sniffed that small pinch one for each nostril and one for my throat, after I did just one treatment I did not have to treat myself again for 5 days. With in one minute of the treatment I was able to blow my nose for the first time in over a week, and I was able to cough up most of the mucus that was stuck in my throat. After doing some research, I found out that sodium bicarbonate removed mucus from the lungs better than saline solution. Also I found out it is important to not accidentally sniff too much at once…. Use small pinches and do two treatments in a row for best results… Results can last weeks and even months… Not Just 12 hours or less. I hope this information helps to save lives…. God Bless America.

For MINOR burns apply bi-carb and water paste and cover with either a band aid or cling wrap. It takes the sting out very quickly and will not blister. My mum told me this years ago, and it works.

Your scalp and hair is naturally acidic,. Baking powder has a pH of 9. While it may work great initially…over time it’s going to damage your hair, causing breakage and friz. A friend of mine tried this and there was no repairing her hair. She had to wait for it to grow and and cut it off.

Baking soda as a deodorant - have done it for years. It's possible to get alkaline burn so be a little careful. It can also remove the dye from clothes, so the underarm area of your clothes can become noticeably faded. But one really good thing is that you are NOT using a commercial product that usually has aluminum in it.

When we got a new vehicle , I got an allergic toxic reaction to the toxins being released. I use baking soda to get the taste of garlic or high seasons off my palid. Like eating cheese to taste different wine. Interesting. In 2020 I decided to have my heavy metals checked. No particular reason except I was having brain fog and some other pestering type issues...... not my normal self. Surprisingly the labs came back with my lead literally being OFF the charts. How? We have NO idea.
