Hi Marianne! First, your music...I just love it. I can be not happy, but when I hear it I get a smile and do a little dance right in my chair waiting for the video to start. Thanks for the music. You shared some great tips and I really appreciate the examples. Examples give me a sort of blue print to make mine from. I have been training for a year (though the past few months have not been with gusto due to family medical projects that are all better...praise God!) I appreciate the reminder of #1. I had done that but after the family things rose up in Aug, I found I let things slide. We talked about my MIL's things, which quickly led to mine and I also found my practice was becoming not so important etc and the down slide started. I am picking up momentum again and going up up up 🙂 I would love to hear about your average day retraining. I know many are different, but I think hearing how and average day went and how you reframed all the the many to do's with having a home in the country. Thank you so much for your work. Hi Dee. Thanks for tuning in! You asked how I reframed the many "to do's" during my journey. When in the thick of it, I honestly could not do my "to do's" related to inability to function. (Much gratitude to my spouse who took care of me!) As I gained ground, there was no need to reframe due to the fact that I was super excited to be able to do those things again! You're right -- brain retrainers have varying journeys. There is not a one-size fits all when it comes to following a neuroplasticity program for healing. I am so glad you are picking up momentum! Keep shining! 😊
