Oh my goodness, please change your toothbrush at least every 3 months (not 6 months, yikes! That was a mistake lol)

I didn’t grow up with someone to teach me these things, a lot of it I learned on my own. I have been curious on other ways I can keep good hygiene and I haven’t prayed out loud to the Lord about it yet but it’s been on my mind and I feel like He answered my prayer, even though I didn’t pray it to Him yet haha. Thank you for sharing! ❤

Nice tips Ezinne There's also loosening your hair once it doesn't look presentable or starts smelling due to sweat,if you're not ready to loosen it,wash the braids and dry then apply hair oil so that the scalp looks shiny and healthy. Loosen or wash hair when it itches you so much or you can see those dandruff flakes,it helps to save you from too much scratching and looking unkempt . Love you❤

4:22 I like the fact you said ‘using a wash around it’ cos I’ve heard this phrase said to girls a lot- “don’t use soap to wash your vagina” (in the sense that they shouldn’t use soap anywhere ‘down there’) and it made me realize some people don’t know the difference between the vagina and the vulva area. A gentle soap can and should be used around the vulva to get rid of sweat, blood, discharge etc. Of course cleaning the inside of the vagina with soap, water or any cleaning agent (douching) is definitely wrong and would do more harm than good.

Thank you Ezinne. I know it's important to scrub your tongue I have been scared to get a tongue scrapper so I don't injure myself, now I know to reapply toothpaste before scrubbing. Let's see how toothbrush can work. I used to dry shave, I would now avoid that. Finally a KZbin video on hygiene that does not talk so much about products ❤️

Are you sure your mum and my mum are not related Lol😂 The only shocking thing here is the brushing of teeth after having a nap during the day, I only know about brushing after eating some certain food Then I learnt of the tongue scrapper as an adult too, I used to brush once a day before until I met my husband who would bath and use a mouth wash one million times a day, then I got influenced 😊 Thank you for the video

The washing your underwear in the shower is a non-negotiable. I grew up with 3 older brothers and we used the same laundry basket growing up and my mom always told my sister and I that no one should be seeing your underwear so she made sure to ingrain in us to wash our underwear in the shower. You can spread your underwear in a corner of your closet and open the door of your closet to let it airdry but thank you Ezinne for this!!
