$13 Million Dollar Mega Mansion 105 Chestnut Ridge Road in Saddle River New Jersey

The subject is a two and one half story steel frame French Manor style single-family dwelling containing a living area of 15,246 square feet. The front bedroom also has a large dressing room that could be utilized as an additional bedroom. There is also a 25’ x 19’ terrace above the porte cochere.
The rear stairs provide access to the third level which contains 1,460 square feet. The lofts are found on this level as well as a gym, utility rooms and a craft room.
