I am going to be honest. When people who enjoy spicy foods do these challenges, I find them entertaining and funny. However, when someone who is not into spicy foods and has little to no tolerance for spice does them, like in your case, I worry they will hurt themselves and I feel bad for them. Please be careful when you do these challenges, as they can have dangerous effects that people don't realize.

Did you know drinking milk is actually BAD for spicy food? You need to put it in your mouth, swish, and spit it back out. Otherwise you just move the burning sensation into your intestines and cause many more issues!

While spitting it out might be good idea indeed it is by no means a bad idea to drink milk (or any liquid with a lot of fat in it). You'd swallow the spice anyway otherwise, so doesn't make it worse.
