I really hope you enjoy this video, I know it's a little different from the kind of thing I usually do, but so many people have asked me to do a truly painfully spicy challenge for years now, that I thought it was time to face my fears...It is All Hallows Eve after all!

I like super hot food, these are very hot chips. I can't even taste the spice in fresh jalapenos. Generally I cook with habaneros for some heat, and I have extract to use when I get crazy. You must have nearly died if you think jalepenos are too spicy 🤣

Just so you know, the reason milk helps with spiciness is because the casein binds with the capsaicin (what causes the spicy burn) and stops it from binding with your receptors. Almond milk doesn't contain casein, and thus is about as effective as water.

I can sympathize. A few years ago, I ordered x-tra hot sauce at an authentic Mexican restaurant, and it turned out to be made from Habanero Peppers. It was the hottest thing I'd ever tasted up to that point, but I fell in love with hot sauce that day. Since then, I've had Ghost pepper sauces, Reaper sauce...basically any sauce with a warning label. Never felt overwhelmed even once. I was convinced I had no upper limit for Scoville unit tolerance. Then, a "friend" dared me to take the Paqui chip challenge. Turns out I DO have an upper limit, and that one chip exceeded it. It wasn't so much the mouth burn, which was super-intense, but I lasted the full 10 minutes before any relief. It took about 30 minutes before my mouth returned to normal. I got a bit boastful at that point. Then about an hour later, as the chip moved into my large intestine, I had THE WORST gut pain I've ever experienced in my entire life!!!! I could feel the pain moving left to right, back and forth as it moved it's way toward the exit. That's when the REAL PAIN hit. It was like lava, no that's not quite it. IT WAS LIKE THE HEART OF THE SUN IT BURNT SO BAD!!!!! Never again.

I have eaten five or six of these, but I got them when they were 5$ each lolz. I like hot food though, you're a champ. Wear gloves next time, if you get that in your eyes or on your willie when you pee you'll be sorry. The tingle is an endorphin rush. And compared to extract... those chips are not hot. Extract is excruciating to eat straight.
