And "Chris" is his middle name because it seems to be a family tradition which means he is still "Chris Benoit". It's not like the name is poisoned or anything. What happened to his father and to his family will never happen again. WWE will make sure anything like that happens again and I doubt David himself would want to repeat a tragedy like that again. Besides, the WWE's medical team is a lot better now.

As long as David shows the same passion Chris showed, WWE will pick him up, or any other wrestling promotion. On that note, it might open some Chris Benoit doors in WWE if they do. Very sensitive subject! Of course. I read an article that WWE said they will sign him, and under his real name with no problem. I hope so! What a bombshell that will be! Imagine his RAW or Smackdown debut, and he drops his last name to somebody on tv. Jaw dropping, business picking up kind of deal. You really think they are going to hide what happened after they sign him? I don't think so. I really think it will open doors for him to be inducted into the Hall of Fame too. He really should be remembered for his career, and the wrestler's he's inspired, not how he tragically ended his life. Everybody wants to forget that. MVP claims that Benoit would accidently forget where he was, and what he was doing in a match sometimes. This is why we don't see no chair shot's to the head in WWE. I did notice though TNA were using chairs with a bunch of tiny holes in them, and that's probably to soften the blow. I tell you what. Rock, Austin, Undertaker, Lesnar, HHH, the Hardys all can swing the holy fuck out of a chair! Jeff Hardy especially. Lesnar takes a hell of a chair shot from Undertaker. You know the top part of the chair where your back relaxes? I swear Taker swings it where that part hits you, but slides off to where the part where you sit, is fitted over your head! Ouchie.... I think I real story line can be worked David Beniot, on how his life was changed after the incident... How doors were closed for him having a future in wrestling industry.. How he has finally gets an opportunity in wrestling company to over come his fears... highlighting the positive contributions of his father to the world of wresting and show casing his skills as the new wolverine of wrestling. If thats not possible just giving him a mask or a great make over and call him the wolverine
