1300HP Turbo Jetski 100+MPH CRAZY ACCELERATION (The BIGGEST TURBO We've Ever Seen on a Jetski!)

On this episode of TRC on the water we're back with Brian "BK Built" testing an absolutely insane Turbo Jetski! It's running a massive 7685 turbo, Motec ecu, mechanical fuel pump on methanol fuel, built 4 cylinder engine... this is without a doubt the most ridiculous setup we've ever seen on a jetski. To give you some perspective, this setup in a car would be capable running a 7 second 1/4 mile time!

@@brandonstone6962 well its definitely a number taken from the crank because there aren't pumps that flow 1000hp and fit in a ski. I'd bet it's at best 700hp and either way a colossal waste of time and money because 500hp and you are already cavitating the best aftermarket pumps for skis

I'm not trying to be billy big balls but I never thought 1000-1200cc waverunners in stock form were that fast. The acceleration could be fun but that's short lived. In my opinion if you want to have fun on a jet ski it has to be a stand up 2 stroke. I haven't rode one of these turbo sitdowns though. If any one wants to change my mind let me know :P

The gp1800r svho is 1800cc. Stock goes 70-72 mph, but it gets there very quick. It will get your adrenaline going sometimes. Love the power from these things!

It’s been great to see the pwc market getting some exposure. The speeds that are coming out lately are crazy. Fastest I’ve been is 80mph. The ski pulled my arms out of my sockets and got from A to B like that. I’ve been in 85+ speed boats, ridden a turbo gsxr1000 n even threw a leg over a kx 500 on the mx track. The ski was the fastest thing I’ve ever ridden from A to B.

That's crazy cool... love going over 100 on the water. Doing it on a jetski sounds exciting if you survive. Once I was slalom water skiing behind a drag boat. I fell at over 100 mph and then skipped across water for over 1/4 mile. It ripped my flotation vest off, and shredded my wet suit that also provides buoyancy. I thought I was going to drown. I tried to tread water, but my legs didn't move very good. I realized my ski never came off, and my legs were twisted almost backwards. That's when the pain hit; head, face, arms, legs, internal organs. Boat came around and pulled me out. Got back to shore and saw everything was still attached, arms and legs functioning. I never skied faster than 60 after that.

To everyone who doesn't believe the power, 1300hp on a high comp 1.8L with that much boost through a 76, it seems totally realistic to me. My car is a 11.6:1 sleeved 1.8L and made 700whp on 30psi through a 6262. Add 14mm more turbo and almost double the boost. Am I missing something here? (I will admit I know nothing about the water pumps these run, so maybe that could be the bottle neck?)

Being raised on a large lake in SC. I bought a used Yamaha Wave Blaster. A buddy had new & was souped up. Being broad sided by a wave & thrown, head over feet at top speed, was bad enough! Yep. The waves hold them back. Need to make them run on a hydrofoil or something that can keep them off the waves but still be somewhat controllable.
