@jennys25439 ай бұрын
evil murder is evil murder and there's no greater sentence she could have received in a state without capital punishment, but I do find what she did for a living highly relevant. defense argues negligence & lack of understanding to fight these charges. To learn she was a functioning member of society, above average intelligence & had a deeper understanding of the law than the average individual, just totally contradicts the defense's argument and further adds to what a deranged person she is. All that knowledge she learned to become a lawyer, she used to manipulate the system until circumstances caused a massive slip in the facade she built up and police were forced to investigate. This wasn't some average person that might not know the nuances of our legal system & the punishments she could have received for her actions. As a licensed lawyer, she knew very well about possible defenses & what could have happened to her if people found out how she was treating Timothy.

And he went to church to make a "good public impression" that he used later in the trials.. When I watched Shondas video (camera footage of the police officer that talked to her after finding the body) she plays such a dramatic role and all of it was a lie. Even there, between her fake sobbing, she was talking bad about her deceased son.. Those types are cold blooded and highly manipulative.

I've learned so much from him, about myself, and the world in general. I am kinder, more compassionate, patient, accepting... I strive to live my life like he does - being myself, unabashedly. He's so much better at it than I am. Her life and heart could have been so beautiful if she had allowed herself to love him. He deserved so much more than her. I just read your comment and I’m so sorry what has happened to you as a little girl. I was thinking as I read your comment how you must feel about the Gypsy Rose case? I only ask because I myself had a horrific childhood. I couldn’t do anything about the abuse till one day when I turned 16 and left home and never returned or spoke to my mother even again after all these years. She’s still alive in her 80s and I’m now 59 years old. I understand why we’re asked to forgive our abuses, it’s to allow us to move on in life and not allow that person to take up space in our brain, body or soul. I don’t believe that saying is true at all. After leaving home, I never looked back or even thought about her again and still after all these years the only thing that comes to mind about my mother is when I hear stories like Gypsy rose and her fake reasonings for killing her mother. I get so upset when I see people that believe her story because they watched a lifetime movie. Maybe if people dug deep into the facts of who the Real Gypsy is they to would understand why she truly belongs in prison for life. They also she realize who’s “Ruby Rose Blanchard” She like Nick had Ulta eagles and Gypsy would become Ruby and not Gypsy. stated in the videos when she was all dressed up, licking the knife that killed her mother. So basically, what I can’t wrap my head around is how there’s so many more worse case of child neglect and abuse out there but these other people didn’t kill their parents or abuser. In the video with Gypsy and her mother I see a woman who over loved that girl. I myself have never experienced that kind of love. I understand things are different behind closed doors because that was my life but it wasn’t that bad. She was able to walk about that house and do what she wanted. The only one thing she was prohibited from doing was going out into the public without her wheelchair. I believe the only fear Dede had was for Gypsy to release the truth. I’m sure most of the fighting that happened in that home was about gypsy, threatening her mother that she’s going to go public with the truth. Gypsy Rose Blanchard is a fake, fraud and will continue with her bad behavior. The only people that Failed Gypsy was the court system. They should’ve ordered that after she completed her prison term that she’s to go straight into a long term mental health treatment! For two years or longer. It will not shock me when and if she has a child or two that she will continue to do anything to get attention, that is her biggest downfall she has had attention from the moment she was a little girl all the way up to the moment she get out of prison.
@nameunknown57369 ай бұрын
@@BostonBitch333I know this comment isn't intended for me and I agree with most of what you have to say, except for this. DeeDee didn't just put her in a wheelchair for public sympathy. She gave her medication that was not needed, put her through numerous unnecessary painful surgeries. That is abuse. DeeDee abused her daughter. DeeDee was a scammer and a manipulator. That being said though, no one has the right to take another's life. I think a lot of people failed in this situation though. It's a shame it had to go so far. Gypsy definitely needs mental health care. I agree she should be mandated by the courts to have that. Normal people don't kill or plan or manipulate others to kill. I believe she herself is a manipulator because she learned from the best. This whole situation is a mess. I bet if this story wasn't in the limelight she'd still be in jail.

She should spend her life eating bread with the same hot sauce she forced Timothy to eat. She should be forced into ice baths on a daily basis, dragged from place to place, not allowed to ever be in a comfortable position, timed on the toilet, and sleeping on a tarp in her cell and not the mattress she will be given. That’s the only way justice would be served. Everyone in Timothy’s life and family should be ashamed of themselves. Not one person ever demanded to see him or even speak to him on the phone. I do not want to even think about what went through that child’s mind. Did he think everyone he ever loved was in on this? "She made one decision she shouldnt have made" uh no, lots of people work full time and go to school and take care of their families without torturing their child. Each act of abuse and neglect was a choice over and over and over. If she "did what moms do," that boy would still be alive and would not have been abused. She did not care.

Exactly. This defense attorney is a disgusting excuse of a human and will be accountable for this one day

Couldn't have been better said by the judge. Although late, Timothy won by the truth being revealed. As sick as it is so say thank GOD he wasn't able to be recessitated. He would have continued to endure the torture. There is no way to "right this wrong". Lock the door an throw away the key. Justice has been served.

Powerful words from Judge. How hateful to ruin and take that boys life. Evil is too good of a word for her. Yes we know the truth now.

Her father abusing her and her stepfather abusing her has nothing to do with her abusing her son if anything it should mean that she would take even better care of her son than she did.

All she wanted was everyone to know how intelligent she is...not sorry for what she done to little Timothy or her family.. Shes pure evil....Rip Timothy 💙

Exactly my thoughts! I think she only spoke to clarify her education. Absolutely no emotion for any of her children.

Right?? Not intelligent enough. Thank god for her stupidity in recording all of her sadistic ways.. This case makes me nauseated.

@@leannemackness3909 Right? Lets get that prison resume correct. I wanted to see her face when her children were talking, and when the judge was talking at the end; he really put it perfectly. I still wonder if they will go after the father for giving Timothy back to her.

Her main interest was making sure everyone knows she has a law degree… nobody cares, lady!!
@barneyronnie9 ай бұрын
@@pcbrightlightsIt took her decades to earn that degree from a 2nd rate law school. Not impressed.

Very nicely done Judge Kacel! You demonstrated extended thought and consideration to the reality of this case. Your statement during sentencing was very well executed and with empathy for Timothy. We should have more judges on the bench like you! THANK YOU!!!!

How the judge held it together without becoming emotional was amazing. I could tell his heart was aching inside and likely will never be the same. May God heal your heart and bless you.

A former medic, I had to treat everyone as if they were my pastor. Even when they did not deserve to live. The lawyer for the defense did the best he could do, and hats off to him for that. I'm sure he is glad it's over and she got life.

You are a better man than most. Good humans endeavor not to lower their standards even in the presence of swine. However, when it comes to violence against children, the restraint it takes not to wish on them the worst imaginable, it takes a lot of faith.

You are indeed a Godly man. As well as a man of integrity. I understand as I work in public safety. We have to push our personal feelings aside and do as we should and promised and trust in the Lord. This woman has received her earthly punishment.

I agree completely! Did you hear her attorney say "if Shanda had said no to taking Timothy in, he'd probably be alive today! "

I used to think all EMTS and medics were like this, I remember a ride in an ambulance at a very young age after a scary accident and I was treated with such tender thoughtful care! However in 2018 during a mental health crisis a local medic got mad and gave me a huge dose of ketamine that flatlined me twice and put me in icu, then I'm 2021 I had an encounter with him during a health emergency and he tried to do it again, thankfully lots of body cams and my clear loud declaration that I am allergic to it made him stop. He's still working here, I was afraid to call last month when my 4 year old was having a medical emergency, it seemed like more risk than benefit...which is crazy right??

“Even if they didn’t deserve to live” Being a medic or first responder, how can you say that about someone that you don’t even know? Just curious…

Timothy weighed 69 lbs when he died. The Jury took 69 minutes to decide the fate of this creature. I knew at that moment God was watching. Rest in Peace Sweet Timothy. You are in the hands of our Father. You are safe and you are loved ❤ Karma Shanda. Sweet, Beautiful Karma.

You MUST be born again to get in! No exceptions! Go by scripture ONLY. He that committeth sin is of the devil 1 John 3:8 kjv And there is no rest for the wicked. Remember, ALL the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing. Including this teenager. You MUST be born again! He's not in heaven. We must be honest, and go only by God's word, not use the imagination of our evil heart.
