I'm now writing this on my very own 14-core iMacPro Killer and I'm super happy :) A little tip to get the most out of Teresa's advice: if this is one of your first times making a Hackintosh, there's a 99% chance that she's already mentioned a solution to any problem you may have. The tough part is finding it. Take a good look through all her videos, descriptions, Patreon, and her replies to KZbin comments. Theresa has absoutely nailed this build. Makes it so easy and I was up and running in OS X in no time after building the machine. Really helpful commuication, and if you follow her guides you barely need to ask anything. All the information is there on her Patreon page, Follow the guides, but the same hardware and it couldn't be easier. I now have an amazing computer for about 1/3 of the Mac I would have bought, but this one is also expandable, upgradeable, and I can run my UAD PCIe card in it rather than having to swap it for an expensive alternative. Can't say enough good things about my experience, she really knows her stuff!

Are you getting "Disk Not Ejected Properly" error for any USB drive/stick connected when the computer wakes from sleep? I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 That's the only problem I'm having. All else works really well and my geek bench scores are great.

I have precise setup as Teress but I can not run Profile 1. I can set XMP to Profile 2 and all is ok. So I am now trying to run down what that could be. Also no wi-fi? Is your wi-fi working?

Use Fenvi FV-T919. No drivers needed. Don't get the wifi card / adapter solution. The Fenvi is one card and works great. I'm surprised it hasn't been included in the parts list. I'm even running it without the antennas and the connection is pretty strong. It picks up neighbors across the street with full bars, even without the antennas. You just turn off and unplug computer from the wall, stick it in an empty slot on your mobo, and power up. That's it!

I am a new Hackintosh Builder. Crazy but I built this exact set up for my first one. I edit a lot of video. I am having trouble getting it booted up. I have followed each tutorial to the T. Such as correct Bios settings for Gigabyte Motherboards, as well as creating the install usb. It starts to successfully install, then gets stuck at 2 mins left. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With this hardware config, the top USB 2.0 ports on the case will not be functional due to the NZXT Kraken X62 taking up the required f_USB internal header connection. Is this correct?

That Samsung 970 is very pricey, costs the same to import one from US as to buy one here in UK. Have you tried the Sabrent nvme m.2 drives? I can get 2Tb "rocket" stick for same as 1Tb Samsung 970 but will it function ok?

Any thoughts? Trying to get parts together but am falling short financially for the 14 core build so seeing if I can cut corners and still get close performance without it blowing up. If I swap the water cooler for fan and the Samsung 970 for Sabrent m.2 and 3600 RAM for 3200 RAM, I come within budget or close.

I built a system with Morgonaut specs. When you support her on Patreon, you can download EFI folders, BIOS settings etc, and it's totally worth it. You'll be likely able to set up your Hackintosh in a day, rather than three weekends. And everything works in her builds, iMessage, iCloud, sleep/wake etc. Big thumbs up.

What actually took most of the day was the physical work of assembling the hackintosh, the motherboard, processor, cards etc. Once I put it all together, you helped me made it work in under an hour.

I have multiple network subnets segmented off, so I need both ethernet and WiFi connections. I built a Hackintosh about 5 years ago, but it was super unstable and I wasted too much time just trying to keep it running. I finally gave up, bought a 2013 Mac Pro, and turned the Hackintosh into my Windows desktop. I'd prefer not to repeat that "adventure".

Maybe the labels are different outside the USA (?). I'd consider removing the cooler to check, but photos of the CPU I've seen online don't show that either.

you can use your current disk in new computer just update EFI configuration to suite new components. But I always recommend clean install

I am getting "Disk Not Ejected Properly" error for all USB drives/flash connected every time the machine goes to sleep. Trying to see if others have the same problem and if there is a solution. Everything else works like a charm. Except bluetooth and wifi of course, for which you need another card. Fenvi FV-T919 works awesome and is plug-and-play (from Powe off state of course lol).

Hi Teresa, I am building a 14-core iMacPro Killer Ultimate Hackintosh build 2019 I am following your instructions, I am missing GPU Sapphire Radeon VII, when I go to the AMD website they are saying that it is sold out, when I go to the Amazon.ca (I am in Canada) Sold out, I tried Amazon.us but it is also sold out. My option is to buy Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT but you mentioned that Radeon RX 5700 XT is only supported with Catalina. I would like to stay with Mojave osx. If you’re wondering wether or not to embark on this project, let me tell you it’s worth it. A few things to consider…. -This should not be seen as an experimental project. Teresa clearly lists the parts you need so keep it simple and chose those exact components. If you have particular needs for your personal setup, talk to her first about it. -I highly suggest supporting her on her patreon site in order to get the required files and personal support if needed. In the end it is a very small price for the final result. During our one on one skype session, I quickly realized how much time and effort she puts into her work so it’s unfair to think her time is free. -WATCH HER TUTORIALS AND READ HER PATREON POSTS! She clearly and precisely lays out every step. Most answers to questions can be found there. If you do get stuck on anything she is there to help. I simply wanted to write about my personal experience because I think Teresa deserves the positive recognition for her efforts. Hopefully my post helps someone out in deciding.

@@MorgonautHackintosh I'm loving my build but have a significant issue to my work flow. My build using your components, including the updated I9-9900K, works great except for one thing. All is the same except for I am on Mojave 10.14.6. I am using your latest Patreon EFI for Mojave and F6n Bios. I get the "Disk Not Ejected Properly" error for my connected USB Flash drives/sticks/SD cards every time my computer goes to sleep, and then the drives don't automatically remount, and I have to unplug an re-plug all my drives. Here is a Pic of the error: i.imgur.com/yCKDg1Ir.jpg The only way I have found to make this error to go away is to go back into the Gigabyte BIOS and disable XMP, which brings the memory MHz back down from 3600 MHz to 2400 MHz. The error then goes away, but I lose 10% scores on geekbench. Anyone else having this error and is there a solution? I tried the Jettison app to auto unmount and remount and it doesn't work. I also tried a free script and that doesn't work either. Just to make sure nothing funny happened with each script and app I tried to fix the issue, I have fully restored from a Superduper image each time and restored The updated Morgonaut EFI for Mojave too. This is critical to figure out for me because I am about to purchase peripherals that cost more than this build and I can have them ejected during sleep. Sleep is very important to my work flow, so I do not want to turn sleep off and keep the machine running constantly. I can run at 2400 MHz memory no problem, except then I have expensive Predator memory not being used to its full potential! Thanks!

I always recommend strictly only components I personaly tested and verified, so I can recommend only the Sapphire one = I do not trust anyone anything anymore. I have 2x Sapphire Radeon VII in my build. I saw people having problems with the other brands even they should be identical in theory
