I am excited. I just finished being sick and I was only walking before but I am ready to get back working out. I planned to start a weight lifting program but this may be a better start for me.

Would you say to have a protein shake before with protein whey been confused about the morning if to take whey protein or the one that gives you energy whats the name 🤔 the one that only gives you energy oh okay preworkout i was trying to rember 😊

I find that supplemental pre workout is a waste of money, and you’ll be fine just eating a whole, nutritional meal for energy 😊 then you could usually have a protein shake after the workout if you need more protein in your day
