For me things to know: 1. use challenging weights 2. doing exercises with the proper form 3. workout 3x a week, hour-long sessions(each one a day apart) workout #1 warmup and mobility for 5 min(lower body focused) fire hydrants w/ dumbells: 15 on each side, 3 sets deadlift: 20, 3 sets step back lunge: 15, 3 sets elevated split squat: 15, 2 sets elevated split squat to SL DL(single-leg deadlift): 10, 2 sets step-ups: 15, 3 sets workout #2: upper body - bicep curl: 30 alternating, 2 sets - tricep extension: 15, 2 sets - pushups: 10, 3 sets - dumbell rows: 15, 3 sets - back fly(lightweight) : 15, 3 sets workout #3: glute, legs a little bit of abs warm-up and mobility for 5 mins Sidekick: 15 on each side, 3 sets step back lunge: 15, 3 sets elevated split squat: 15, 2 sets elevated split squat to SL DL(single-leg deadlift): 10, 2 sets crab walk: 30 total ABS FINISHER toe tap crunch: 30 total cacoon crunch: 30 total with breaks bulldog pull thru: 30 total plank hold: 1 min

Great channel. I had some experience with modeling and gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises and as well as advices on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I really hate it. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Yesterday I was at the gym and I did the first workout. I died at the elevated split squat with a DL but I just reduced the weight and it was still hard as heck so I reduced the number of squats. But I did this workout till the end and today when I woke up, all the muscle of booty area is burning! For the first time in my life this area finally was worked out correctly. Thank you so much ❤

you could have a glute imbalance, do glute activation on your weaker glutes

Yes a heavy weight that challenges you if you do light weight your muscles won’t work as much if you use lighter weight you have to do way more reps
