Hi Sheila 👋 playing catchup on your videos! Lots going on at the mo especially down the allotment, family etc. Just to let you know I don't know how to pronounce sheepjes either so I had to find out 😅 popped it in KZbin and apparently it is pronounced....scape yeahs. Its Dutch. If you look on the label there's an image of a ship. In Dutch scape means ship and yeahs means little. So the yarn name is Dutch for Little Ship. Who knew eh? 😂 Every day is a school day. Hi Sheila, I didn't know how to pronounce Scheepjes either. I found out the clue is on the label. It has a boat or ship on it. Scheepjes means ''little ships'' in Dutch. If you google it, a bunch of videos come up. Something like sGape-yis or sh-kep-ee-yeh Thought of you today when I was knitting something in black. I don't like knitting or crocheting in black yarn either. That's when I make the most mistakes. Take care 🇺🇲❤🇬🇧
